The landlord is very helpful and friendly, offering extra support and help during your stay in Valencia. The property was well maintained, spacious and comfortable.
It’s located outside of the Centre area but we’ll connected with the busses.

Señora Molina was very accommodating of us and was very helpful by providing guides, maps and giving recommendations on where to visit! The bed was comfortable and it was great to have some fridge space too!
The commute to town was about 25 mins on the bus (it was quite hot when we were there, the walk would have been about 35 mins).

Pilar hosted us, she was friendly and responsive.
It is a very small room with no space for two people in a shared flat where she lives.
You shared a bathroom with her and you can definitely get better options for the money.
