The owner is helpful and gives basic information about buses and tickets. There is a map and book about Valencia in the room.
The room is reasonable (soft bed) and bathroom nicely decorated. The bathroom is opposite of the room and kitchen next to room. There is possibility to make coffee in the mornings. (Remember to ask coffee maker).
Bus 60 goes very near from the accommodation to the center.
The kitchen is small and occupied in the mornings and evenings (around 10 pm and later) by the owner. Owners boy stays also at the same place overnight, coming after 10 pm, (some noises from the kitchen and bathroom). There is a noisy road under the window (2:nd floor), it is worth bringing earplugs.

Lugar muy céntrico y bien situado la habitación muy cómoda y servicial, hay un ventilador de techo con el que no pasas calor para dormir, el baño muy limpio con toallas para la ducha y todo lo necesario, el trato de la anfitriona muy correcto. Gracias

Pilar hosted us, she was friendly and responsive.
It is a very small room with no space for two people in a shared flat where she lives.
You shared a bathroom with her and you can definitely get better options for the money.
