Nice stay at great location

Great location, kind host, and everything that was needed was available. Check-in was smooth as was the checking out.

Basic accommodation but convenient

Apartment is well situated, about 15mn walk to the Serranos Towers and the old city. Supermarkets in walking distance and central bus station with taxi rank, about 20mn walk (where you can leave your luggage at the consigna for 4 euros per 24h). Bike and scooter rental everywhere and from 3 euros per hour. Plenty to do and see in Valencia, beautiful city. Hop off and on bus well worth it to get a general picture of the city.

The noise from the street and from the apartments beside and above us, sometimes until well after 2 or 3 am. Bring ear plugs.The sofa could do with a good dry or steam cleaning. There was visible dust on the "chandeliers". Only one bin bag in the bin and no spare. We also stayed 6 nights and did not get the welcome pack advertised on Booking.com.

cleaining is not top quality, balcony is not enjoyable at summer when AC works as the outside part of the AC is installed in the middle of the balcony giving you the extra heat

Excellent.

The appartment is very clean, near the historic city center within 5 to 10 min walk. The appartment is in a quite location and well equiped. Free coffee, tee, fruits and juice. Shops are within 100m walk. Bathroom and kitchen well equiped. Great value for the price. For car parkings, you have to look arround for a place. Even if Valencia has a parking problem, you can find a place for your car especially if it is smaller than mine 5m10.

We arrived very late after a flight diversion. Our host stayed late enabling us to still check in that night & communicated with us well throughout. He was very helpful & has even put a beer each for us in the fridge. The apartment was spotlessly clean, in a nice quiet area and only a short walk from the town.

Grande, ottima posizione ma da migliorare la pulizia.

La posizione, vicino alla fermata dell' autobus e vicino al centro ( a piedi in 15' si arriva alle Torre di Medrano) Sono stati gentili perché ci hanno anticipato il check in. A 400mt si trova un supermercato molto fornito. Appartamento ubicato al 1* piano ( scale e ascensore ) con tutto il necessario per la permanenza.

La pulizia!!!! Quando siamo arrivati il pavimento del bagno era pieno di peli e capelli, alcuni angoli della casa erano molto sporchi. Anche al divano sarebbe di mettere una copertura.

A szállás egy csendes mellékutcában található az első emeleten. A képek és a valóság teljesen megegyeztek. A szállásadó nagyon segítőkész volt, előzetesen bármilyen kérdésemre időben válaszolt. A lakás jól felszerelt, 6 főnek is kényelmes, a légkondicionáló berendezés az egész területet képes lehűteni. A lakás néhány perces sétára fekszik a 4-es metró vonalától, amellyel a tengerpartot nagyon könnyen el tudtuk érni. Könnyű sétával az óvárosi részbe is el tudtunk menni. Ha még megyek Valenciába, ezt a szállást szívesen felkeresném.

Minden tetszett, szívesen mennék ide.

Zona linistita, apartament spatios cu 3 dormitoare, living, camera cu canapea si TV, bucatarie cu strictul necesar in ea. Proprietarul foarte prietenos, ne-a povestit multe chestii pe care le putem vizita in Valencia, ne-a oferit foarte multe informatii utile.

OTTIMA ESPERIENZA A VALENCIA

La posizione ottima. In 10 minuti a piedi sei in centro. Infatti, solo in due occasioni abbiamo preso i mezzi pubblici. Il servizio navetta da e per l'aeroporto veramente comodo. Inoltre, abbiamo ricevuto dal gestore informazioni molto utili. Ci ha consigliato un ottimo ristorante in cui mangiare la Paella Valenciana. Eravamo in 5 persone e l'appartamento, per noi, era funzionale.

Forse la pulizia del bagno.
