A deposit of 900 euros is required one week before arrival via an external link to the Guest Portal on Hostaway. The deposit will be released within a few days after your checkout.
House Rules
1. To gain access to the accommodation, you must complete the check-in form and add payment methods for the deposit via the Guest Portal. Once the property has been inspected for any possible damage, the deposit will be released within a few days.
2. The deposit may be used to cover any damage to the property, charges for unauthorized additional guests, and excessive utility usage (such as charging an electric car or leaving the air conditioner on).
3. Charging electric cars using the property’s electricity is not allowed.
4. Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m., and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. We would appreciate it if you could let us know your arrival and departure times.
5. Customer service hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. If you plan to arrive outside these hours, please ensure that you have received and understood the instructions.
6. Less than 7 days before arrival, it will not be possible to reduce the number of nights or the number of guests in the reservation. No refund will be issued in this case.
7. One queen-size bed will be provided for every two people in the group; however, you may request additional beds based on the number of guests.
8. The duvet covers can be found in the closet or in a box under the bed.
9. The apartments have electronic locks that should not be tampered with. If you encounter any problems with the locks, please contact us. Otherwise, you will be charged 800 euros for any damage.
10. Quiet hours in the building are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m.; please keep noise to a minimum during this time.
11. Parties are prohibited.
12. Pets are not allowed.
13. Guests are not permitted; each guest will be counted as an additional person in the accommodation, and you will be charged accordingly.
14. The fee for an additional person is 40 euros per night per person, plus a 15% commission that may be deducted from the security deposit.
15. The total cleaning service fee is 80 euros plus a 15% commission.
16. Some consumables, such as coffee capsules (Tassimo), toilet paper, etc., are provided in limited quantities and will not be restocked; however, you can find what you need at Mercadona, Consum, etc.
17. If you require an invoice, please let us know before your stay ends, providing the necessary details so we can issue the invoice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment, we were there 2 weeks. Nicely renovated, bathrooms and showers were great. Bed was very comfortable, AC worked well. Kitchen was clean and well equipped. Nice residential neighbourhood with a nice bar/restaurant across the street. Terrace was great too. A short 5 minute walk to the Towers in the old city.

Loved the check - in process and the smart locks to access the property, operated from our phones, felt very safe.
The best thing about this property is the outdoor terrace which was just as advertised.
Unfortunately the weather was not great during our stay which meant that for most of our stay the cushions were stored in our bedroom, this coupled with a lack of coathangers meant we were falling over cushions and open suitcases, would have been great to have a storage box on the terrace for the cushions. The rest of the apartment was lovely

The apartment was wonderful, exactly as described. The roof terrace was amazing, the beds really comfortable and the apartment was well equipped as well as stylish. It was also very convenient for walking everywhere in Valencia.
