The 2-bedroom apartment Flats Friends Torres de Quart is located next to the Carmen district, the historical and cultural center of the city of Valencia. It is an ideal accommodation for families and groups in a 6-apartment building, so there are no crowds. The keys are collected independently in a small safe at the entrance of the building. This way, contact between people is minimized, although our staff is available by phone or WhatsApp if you have any questions.
The Flats Friends Torres de Quart apartment has a simple and cozy decoration. It is prepared to accommodate groups of up to 6 people with a double bed in one room, two single beds in the other room and a double sofa bed in the living room. Cotton sheets and towels are included. There are two such apartments in the building, one with a shower in the bathroom and the other with a bathtub.
The apartment is located on Valencia's Turia street, one minute from the Torres de Quart and very close to the city center and the IVAM and MUVIM museums. It is perfectly connected to numerous bus and metro lines and there is a supermarket 25 meters away.
IMPORTANT: Until mid-2026, there will be construction work on a new building next to Flats Friends Torres de Quart. Your stay may be affected by noise and dust from the construction.

Una ubicación muy buena para pasar un tiempo en el centro de Valencia.
Podría mejorarse la limpieza de armarios y bajo muebles. También el estado de electrodomésticos, en mi caso, la plancha. El resto de electrodomésticos muy bien.

We were very comfortable here. It was easy to catch the buses or walk to where we wanted to go. There were several grocery stores within a few blocks. Getting the keys was easy.

Estaba bien, pasamos 3 días escasos y sólo estuvimos para dormir y duchas por la mañana. Para eso está bien.
Tuvimos incidente la primera noche con una cama pero al día siguiente llamamos y cuando llegamos estaba solucionado. Muy amables los que nos atendieron
