Our card keys didn’t work on the second day

Generally ok.

We were handed two digital card keys at check-in. They worked correctly on the first night of our two-night stay; however, on the second night, neither of them functioned. There was a thunderstorm in Valencia during the period we were there. When we returned to the apartment in the late afternoon on the second day, both keys failed to work despite multiple attempts, leaving us unable to enter the building and we had to wait outside for long time. We tried to contact the property office several times using the phone number provided, via WhatsApp, and through Booking.com, but unfortunately received no response. We then contacted Booking.com directly, who were very helpful and were able to reach the property’s office in Barcelona and arrange for assistance, which we are grateful for. They also gave us the contact details of the property office in Barcelona. There were further delays. After waiting for the initially advised time, we contacted the property office again and were informed that we would need to wait an additional 30 minutes. During this time, the uncertainty became distressing for our daughter, who was understandably upset, thought we were going to be left homeless for the night and started crying. Eventually, someone arrived, provided replacement card keys, and we were able to access the apartment. Our main concern is that the emergency contact details were not responsive at the time assistance was needed, despite this being not a single flat owned by an individual but a block of flats operated by an organisation. This experience significantly affected our enjoyment of the Christmas break. Overall, staying at the apartment is comfortable when everything functions as expected. However, we would suggest that future guests be aware that, should an issue arise, response and support times may be challenging.

Family city break

Everything was perfect! Apartment is really well furnished - there is also washing machine and dishwasher available. Location is great - close to the center and to the bus stop. Near bakeries, shops and restaurants.

Everything was wonderful! We were greeted and shown the parking lot, which is very conveniently located. The apartments themselves are very clean and cozy. All the necessary amenities are available. I would definitely choose the same again if I were to pick apartments in Valencia once more.

Good base to explore Valencia

We loved the apartment and how easy it was to go to the beach from there. There was lots of space and a lovely air con, which was essential in the heatwave. Good equipped kitchen and bathroom. Good communication with host who made sure we were comfortable and set in despite it being outside of office hours. Outside the city centre, but very close to shops, public transport and leisure places such as Turia Park.

The curtains in the living room block the light leaving the room quite dark and the ones in the bedroom are too thin so the sun comes in from early in the morning. A chopping board in the kitchen would be useful to cut bread or fruit.

Super but need a real deep clean

Gorgeous modern property, super location and lovely management.. just let down by the cleaning team. I stayed twice .. and each time each apartment really needed a thorough deep clean. They are superficially clean and given a quick wipe from what I saw and if that’s fine for you .. then this is the spot. If you like things cleaned in, around and behind .. then maybe not. I guess because they are suite style apartments they have a lot of people in and out and they flip the apartments alot that maybe it doesn’t allow for a real good clean.

Pleasant, well located apartment in Valencia.

Good location, not far from the old town. Clean and modern. All required amenities, such as the good size fridge freezer and washing machine. Clear instructions for check-in. Reasonably comfortable beds. Air conditioning.

Only a few minor things, such as the limited number of coat hangers and clothes hanging space. The terrace was useful for drying clothes and a bit of late afternoon sunbathing, but, considering it's a large space, due to it being very overlooked, we didn't make much use of it. That said, we would still book this accommodation again.

Fijn appartement net buiten het centrum.

Communicatie was snel en goed. Verhuurkantoor zit om de hoek. Om de hoek zit fietsverhuur en grote supermarkt is dichtbij. Appartement is compleet ingericht. Buurt ligt net buiten het centrum maar er zijn toch wel wat restaurants in de buurt. Om de hoek stopt bus 95 die langs het Turiapark, en allerlei highlights, helemaal naar de haven en het strand rijdt. Kaartje kun je in de bus kopen voor € 2 (febr 2016). Wij hadden appartement met een groot terras geboekt maar let op: er zijn er maar twee met terras (die ook wat duurder zijn), andere appartementen hebben geen buitenruimte.

Basics als peper en zout ontbraken, jammer.

Appartamento molto pulito e moderno in posizione defilata rispetto al centro. Molto tranquillo, palazzo ristrutturato di recente. Gli uffici sono nel palazzo di fianco per ogni evenienza.

Purtroppo sia il divano letto che il letto avevano dei materassi molto scomodi.

Sauberes und modernes Appartment

Sehr gepflegtes und modernes Appartment! Mit liebe zum Detail eingerichtet (sogar mit etwas Weihnachtsdeko). Die Garage ist groß, so dass auch höhere Autos hineinfahren können (oder Autos mkt Skibox auf dem Dach). Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit!

Eigentlich ist alles gut. Die Lage ist nicht gleich im Zentrum man muss etwas laufen. Was aber zu Fuß gut zu machen ist.

Apartamento lindo, novo, com todos os utensílios de cozinha. Ótimo banheiro e camas, um terraço muito bom também. Bem proximo ao Mercadona caminhando e 15 min a pé do centro velho de Valencia.

Rustige ligging maar wel heel dicht bij het centrum, park en fietsverhuur.

Dat het bij het boeken leek dat er een terras bij zit maar dit niet zo was.

Appartement très agréable, conforme à la description

Tout est très propre, bien entretenu et confortable. Équipements complets : climatisation, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, machine à café, toaster, four micro-ondes, plaques de cuisson et four. L’immeuble est calme, sans aucun bruit, et dispose d’un ascenseur, ce qui est très pratique. Appartement non-fumeur, ce qui contribue à la propreté et au confort. Une excellente adresse, je recommande vivement !

Accueil et réception des clés au bureau de location qui se trouve juste à côté de l'immeuble. Possibilité de stockage des bagages (aux heures ouvrables). Contact téléphonique facile. Appartement spacieux et relativement neuf, très bien équipé, propres. Lits confortables. Pack d’accueil sympathique. Appartement bien sécurisé. Bonne insonorisation vis-à-vis des autres résidents. Situation géographique avec accès facile à pied, bus et métro.

Par-ci par-là, il nous semble que le matériel et les équipements commencent à se dégrader.
