A lovely rustic, spacious apartment in a great location

This was a spacious and comfortable apartment in a great location within an easy walk to the metro and also about a 20 minute walk into the central part. The bedroom on the front street was a little noisy but we used earplugs and slept well. Supermarket was across the street and plenty of nice eating places nearby. Botanical gardens are about a 10 min walk too. Jorge was a helpful host and we would definitely stay again if we came back

A spotlessly clean apartment in a good location.

The apartment is really spacious and was spotlessly clean. The location is good and close to the metro station. It also has two balconies and two bathrooms.

The apartment was a bit cold. There were radiators in the apartment, but the electrical system didn’t allow all of them to be turned on at the same time. After a few days, the apartment warmed up enough that this was no longer an issue.

Nice apartment very well located in Valencia

The check-in was easy and was ready before the posted check-in hours, which was nice since I arrived a little earlier. The apartment is huge (I was travelling solo) and has everything one might need for a pleasant stay in Valencia. Additionally, it is very well located - it's a 10-15 minutes walk from the city centre and a 5 mins walk from the Angel Guimera metro station. Overall, this is a great place to stay if you are coming to Valencia.

Huge well fitted out apartment within walking distance to the centre and train stations.

The apartment was enormous with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A full kitchen which was well fitted out with appliances and supplies. A narrow balcony but could still sit outside. WiFi was good. Jorge emailed the lockbox code prior to our arrival.

Wonderful place!

We loved this place and we really enjoyed it. Apartment is at great location, close to metro, bus or easy walking distance to the old town. It is spacious and well equipped. Host was very helpful and response. If you are coming to Valencia, don't look any further. This is the place for you :)

Amazing place

Very spacious and clean appartement. Location is good, close to the metro and the city centre. Great neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants and cafe’s. Most of all Jorge is a very accommodative host!

Pillows were a little uncomfortable and the bedroom that is facing the street is quite noisy.

Very nice apartment, great location.

Apartment is located very good - near metro station, supermarket, restaurants, bars. The owner is very nice , he did let us to check in 3 hours earlier than planned. Apartment is spacious, clean, comfortable. Big plus for 2 bathrooms - a bedroom with double bed had his own bathroom. Large kitchen.

The only ''small'' minus has a double bed - creaking with every small move.

Good location. Grocery store across street. Restaurants around. Cheap parking nearby. Easy walk into old town. Fit our family of five well. Three bedrooms, kitchen with the appliances and utensils we needed. Comfortable family room with dining table and couch. Street trash pickup a bit loud at some point during the night.

No es una casa para alquilar a mas de 1 habitacion en invierno. En verano solo 1 aire en la sala.

Pasamos muchisimo frio. aunbque tenia estufitas (alguna de muy dudosa seguridad) en toda la casa no se podia poner mas de una a la vez, proque saltaban la electricidad. Por lo o comias o te duchabas (una perosna por vez aunque haya 2 baños) y tuvims sque estar todas juntas en una cama para darnos calor. No es para alquilar en invierno.

Como en casa.

El apartamento es amplio y luminoso. Está dotado con todo lo imaginable y más. Tiene una ubicación excelente para ir andando al centro y además cuenta con parada de metro a 5 minutos a pie. En frente hay un supermercado con todo lo que puedas necesitar. También cuenta con restaurantes, pastelerías y otros servicios muy cercanos. Hay parking en la zona gratuito aunque no es muy fácil encontrar hueco, pero se logra. También hay parking de pago cerca. Por otra parte. el propietario (Jorge) fue muy amable y considerado con nosotras facilitándonos la estancia en todo lo que le solicitamos. En resumen, estaríamos encantadas de volver.

Para nuestro gusto las camas son un poco blandas, pero eso no quiere decir que sea incómodo dormir en ellas.

Appartamento a due passi dalla città vecchia, molto spazioso pulito e tutto quello che serve per una vacanza. Supermarket proprio di fronte casa, metro molto vicina, unico neo essendo le temperature esterne non altissime e non avendo un riscaldamento centralizzato né autonomo la casa era un po’ freddina ma si sopperiva con le stufette grazie Jorge sé ritornerò a Valencia mi piacerebbe ritornare all’appuntamento Savoy!!!

Viaggio a Valencia

Gli ambienti erano molto spaziosi e puliti. La persona che si è occupata dei contatti è stata gentile e disponibile.

Non mi è piaciuto non avere il classico impianto di riscaldamento. A parte nel salone che c'era un climatizzatore a pompa di calore, tutte le stanze non avevano altro che una stufa elettrica. Mi sarei anche accontentato di questa situazione... se non quando ero impegnato in cucina, al freddo, ai fornelli elettrici al massimo potevo tenere accesa una sola stufa elettrica, altrimenti saltava la corrente.... Mi dispiace.... In queste condizioni, si passava quindi da una stanza fredda ad una calda....e viceversa. Mio figlio è tornato a Roma con la febbre....!
