Great value for money

Large apartment, full of light, clean, fully equipped, in walking distance from the metro and to the old town. The host was really nice, available for any questions and proactively communicating with us; appreciated that, even though our original room had to be changed, we still got access to the private rooftop terrace at no additional cost. Was a great stay and would book again for a following trip to Valencia.

Right across the street there was a big construction site, at no fault of the host though.

Nice place if you intend to be out all day

Very spacious apartment. Not far at all from the historical center.

The check-in was complicated as the entrance of the building is at the number 3 of the street not number 1. Both are obviously very close, but when the taxi dropped me right in front of nbr 1, it didn’t come naturally to me to start going up the street to check. The main problem I had with the Apartment 1 was the noise of heavy construction right across the 3 windows of the large living room. Even from the bedroom, I could hear the noise that during the week lasts from 8am to 7pm with a lunch break at 2. I found a compromise with the management office staying shortening my stay. The mention of construction is apparently written in the description, but I didn’t see it at the time of my booking. Bedroom doesn’t have an A/C system for heat and cold, so you use a portable electric heater that you need to move from bedroom to bathroom.

Expected use of terrace. Advertising is wrong. Pictures include terrace but does not state that is only for two apartments. WOULD NOT HAVE BOOKED. Outdoor space is important to me. Bad wifi, so slow, worst i have encountered. Small screen on TV, had to move setee nearer to see picture.

Bathroom needs updating looks like shower has been leaking and gone into bedroom wall. Towels changed but not bedding as told this was being done.

Very good location, but ratio value for the money paid vs what apartment offers is not ballanced.

Location was very good. Close to the central market at a walking distance. Bus station very close. Super market, coffee shops close to location. Apartment was very clean.

What can be improved: apartment need some maintenance ( bath tub, walls, dressing, air conditioning etc) It is a kind of old apartment which was refurbished maybe 7 years ago and the time passed by and let traces. Another item: oposite to the windows of apartment is a building under repair with scaffolds and workers on it 😊. Across the street other buildings under construction.

Not bad

The apartment was really close to the city center and has an elevator, so we didn't have to carry our bags up to our floor. I selected the one bedroom apartment, and even if we were 4 people, the staff was nice in letting us find the couch ready to use. The communication with the staff was easy.

The AC didn't work very well, plus it was only located in the living room, so the apartment was very hot. At night time, we could hear other neighbors (in the same building) being very loud, which was uncomfortable. The shower handle on the wall was somehow a little loose. Lastly, there was a leak that maybe came from the bathroom into the main bedroom. All issues were communicated to the staff who promptly took interest in it and hopefully will fix for future guests.

It is a beautiful, cozy apartment, spacious, clean, with a lot of light. We have two kids (4-7) - they shared the coach in the living room. The bedroom was perfect for me and my partner. Thick curtains. It is a quiet street. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer and hair/body shower gell. Kitchen has everything you need to set a nice dinner/breakfast if you are tired of eating out. One block away is our favorite supermarket Consum. City center is 5-10 minutes walking distance. Metro and bus stops are around the corner and also bike rental was 2 minutes away.

The couch was not that conformable, but overall it was one of our best experiences so far.

I liked the fact that the apartment is close to the center, large and spacious rooms that can easily accommodate four people. It has everything you need, from cutlery, plates, glasses to a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

I didn't like the fact that although the apartment was located on a street with little traffic and quiet, during the night there were noisy neighbors. They were making noise until after 2AM in all 3 nights I spent there. The walls of the block being very thin, you could absolutely hear it, which was very unpleasant. Another disturbing thing is the fact that check-in can only be done at 4PM, and when your plane lands in Valencia in the morning, the fact that you have to stay around the city all day without checking in is not pleasant.

We went for the food

Warm, clean and generally quiet. Airconditioner in main area. Extra bedding in the cupboards. Open plan kitchen with pots and pans. Parking available within 5 minutes walking. Many nearby localities for morning coffee. Situated in Chinatown with many authentic restaurants close by.

Rooms were a little dated, with cupboard doors misaligned. Smell in toilet that we couldn't rid. Would benefit from international tv.

A very pleasant, clean, airy apartment in a convenient location.

It was light and airy with plenty of windows. The terrace was nice and everything was clean. The Old Town and Jardín de Turia were really close. The cafe just down the street was friendly too.

Nothing except it wasn’t clear that the terrace was upstairs rather than off the apartment and we didn’t find it until the second day. I thought I’d made a mistake in the booking.

Nice place to stay if you are not working online

Very welcoming staff and check-in were easy. Parking also was provided on the first day, it is located in another building (around 300 meters from the apartments). Parking wasn't free, and we were charged 15 euros per day, but the car was safe and we had access to the vehicle 24/7. The location is excellent, it is just 200 meters from the old town and 10 minutes walk to the city center, market, etc. It's a bit dirty on the streets, but it seems to be normal in Valencia.

WI-FI is terrible. I asked for help, and guys from the hotel staff tried to solve it, but nothing changed. My kid is studying online and had to cancel all her lessons for a week. I'm working online and also had to rent a coworking space in the nearest neighborhood to be able to work. So if an internet connection is important for you as for us, I would not recommend this place. The location is nice, but it is quite noisy till 1 am. It is also hard to get to the sea from this location, it takes 1 hour on the bike and the same on public transport which is also not very convenient.
