Квартира классная, но есть и минусы

Квартира находится в отличном районе, до старого города очень быстро можно дойти. Рядом магазины, есть на углу вкусная пекарня.....вкусно, любой транспорт. Месторасположение просто прекрасное. Сама квартира нормальная, есть лёгкий запах сырости, в квартире есть все удобства, горячая вода и джакузи ( это супер после прогулки по старому городу, расслабление просто то, что надо). Все работает в квартире, вся техника, есть все что нужно для отдыха.

В квартире есть лёгкий запах сырости когда заходишь с улицы, есть стиральная машина...но нет сушки для белья. Сливная труба всего дома находится прямо рядом с кроватью, честно ночью такое себе, слышно как спускается вода. Неудобное заселение в 16.00, а выселение в 11, это странно. На просьбу впустить нас в квартиру раньше, после ночного перелёта, смогли пустить только в 15.00

O espaço amplo e muito funcional, com tudo aquilo que precisávamos para os dias que passamos em Valência.

O chão podia estar mais limpo e encontramos duas baratas dentro do alojamento, no entanto existia spray para evitar as mesmas.

Buen alojamiento

Muy buena ubicación, limpio, buenas instalaciones. Tuve que viajar por trabajo y llevarme a mi familia porque tengo una bebé recién nacida, tuvieron el detalle de ponernos una cuna de viaje para ella. Repetiría el alojamiento.

El único pero es la fuerte olor a humedad, de hecho al lado de la mesilla de noche puede verse humedades en la pared.

La comodidad, ubicación. La gente muy servicial

Únicamente fue el tema agua caliente el primer día que no pudimos ducharnos. La bañera hidromasaje no pudimos usarla porque claro si llenábamos la bañera no había agua para ducharse. Es lo único

El estilo del apartamento, tiene personalidad y eso nos encanta. El jacuzzi y la terracita son un plus. La ubicación perfecta para conocer Valencia. Volveremos!

Nos encantó, repetiremos!

Lo mejor es el tamaño del apartamento, está muy bien equipado y tiene mucha personalidad. La terraza es un punto a favor, da mucha paz. La ubicación es excelente.
