Beware of being cheated

1. The property photographs displayed online significantly misrepresent the deplorable actual living conditions. 2. There's only one air conditioner for four rooms, and it's in the main living area. None of the three bedrooms have AC, making it impossible to sleep during hot weather. 3. The apartment has huge cockroaches crawling around. 4. The walls are so thin that we can clearly hear neighbors' loud conversations and a child screaming. 5. ❗️The most dangerous issue: faulty electrical wiring. At least one of the sockets sparks. 6. The table had dangerous sharp edges that damaged my wife's dress and could have hurt the children. 7. The water drain in the shower does not function properly. Having suffered these unacceptable circumstances we had to seek urgently alternative housing terminating our stay 11 days prior to the agreed date. We have retained local legal counsel to pursue a full refund, as all attempts at friendly resolution with the property owners have failed.

Como he dicho el alojamiento bien pero había 2 habitaciones sin ventanas, todo el menaje de cocina estaba mal fregado y sólo teníamos una llave para todos. La anfitriona o anfitrión aún no sé si es humano o es IA, muy impersonal y nunca respondió al teléfono a pesar de decir que podía llamar para cualquier cosa, se limitaba a escribir por email.

posizione ottima attaccato alla metro rossa che porta in centro e che arriva direttamente dall'aeroporto. Check in e out automatico ed entrata con codice nell'appartamento. Anche se non li abbiamo visti di persona i proprietari sono stati super disponibili per tutte le nostre richieste Appartamento aveva tutto il necessario

appartamento forse un po' vecchio stile. Mancava una coperta anche se eravamo in 7 (la proprietaria ha cercato di risolvere tale inconveniente e si è scusata tanto) Richiedono una caparra virtuale di 150 euro collegandosi ad un link e ora sto aspettando restituzione post soggiorno. non ci sono caloriferi ma solo un condizionatore che ha anche da pompa di calore, le camere erano abbastanza fredde. Forse sarebbe meglio dare una coppia di chiavi del portone e non solo una (eravamo in 7 e la gestione è stata complicata)
