L'appartamento è un monolocale con cucina, ben arredato e funzionale. Non è nel centro storico (plaza del ayuntamiento raggiungibile a piedi in 30 minuti) ma servita da alcuni mezzi pubblici che a Valencia funzionano bene. In compenso in 15 minuti si è alla Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències (detto in valensiano).
Gestione amministrativa un po' farraginosa: se vi serve una fattura per lavoro chiarite bene prima cosa possono rilasciarvi.

El apartamento es bonito, es planta baja, hay un balcón con reja que da a un patio interior, la decoración y la distribución están bien, la cama es cómoda y ponen 2 almohadas para quien le guste o tenga que dormir más inclinado, se descansa bien porque no hay ruidos.
A quien le guste dormir a oscuras llevaros antifaz, las cortinas no llegan hasta arriba y están muy separadas de la pared entonces en cuanto amanece entra luz.
El baño tiene un lavamanos pequeñito y cae agua al suelo.
La ubicación no es que esté mal, pero para lo que nosotros fuimos no nos fue nada cómoda, está lejos de todo, aunque a menos de 1 km. hay parada de autobús y metro.

Kitchen was good, air conditioning was nice.
There was a bit of a sewer smell in the bathroom, the bathroom had no place to put toiletries on, we literally had them on the floor on the bathroom. The air conditioning made some noises that were pretty frightening, it was freezing up and pieces of ice shot out. We were there for 4 nights and only 2 bath towels were provided.

Molto comoda la gestione degli accessi tramite codici forniti prima dell'arrivo, al posto delle chiavi. Il gestore è stato estremamente disponibile per ogni necessità a qualsiasi ora, tramite mezzi rapidi e intuitivi (whatsapp). Le dotazioni dell'intero appartamento erano complete per una vacanza (dal semplice phon, al ferro da stiro, a tutto il necessario per la cucina).
Lo spazio nel bagno è organizzato male: il lavandino molto piccolo incastrato tra le pareti è scomodo da utilizzare; il vetro esterno della doccia risulta troppo corto e lascia uscire l'acqua durante la doccia, quindi il pavimento del bagno rischia di bagnarsi.
