W Walencji apartamenty dla turystów - z powodu regulacji muszą być (w skrócie) na parterze. Bardzo obawiałam się, że odgłosy ulicy będą przeszkadzać, będzie mniej bezpiecznie, ale tu nic takiego nie miało miejsca. Wejście jest rozdzielone korytarzykiem, dzięki czemu jest komfortowo. Kuchnia jest świetnie wyposażona, jest mnóstwo naczyń i pomocy kuchennych, także automat kawowy. Łóżko jest fenomenalne, bardzo wygodne!
Nie jest to wielki problem, ale być może przydałoby się większe sprzątanie całego mieszkania - widać było kurz na lampach, to taki zakres sprzątania który jest raczej gruntowny, większy niż zwykłe sprzątanie po gościach. Nie zrozumcie mnie źle - to nie oznacza że mieszkanie jest brudne, jest czysto i przyjemnie, po prostu zwróciłam uwagę na to leżąc w łóżku i patrząc w górę. W sezonie zimowym jest też dość zimno, można dogrzać się klimatyzacją, ale podróżującym w tym okresie zalecam zabrać ciepłe kapcie ;)

La ubicación, muy cerca a parques muy bonitos y a 10 minutos de la ciudad de las ciencias. A pesar de estar a pie de carretera está muy bien aislado del ruido. Volvería a alquilarlo sin duda.
En el baño encontré un poco de suciedad ,pero nada grave.
