Clean room, fridge and kitchen amenities, nespresso coffee machine Great location near City of Arts and Sciences, good supermarket nearby, plenty cafes around and quiet neighbourhood

Apartment are on the ground floor and trash bin just after your door. It means the noise from the street, machines, and people who drop their trash. If you have a chance to get apartment with balcony — take this, it's 10/10 i suppose. If not — just think about all that stuff above, some people dosent pay attention to this (not me)

Gute Zeit in Valencia

Lage war sehr gut, sehr sauber, Check-in etc. war sehr organisiert

Küchenausstattung war nur rudimentär, z.B ein Wasserkocher wäre nicht schlecht gewesen Bett nur mit einer Matratze und nur einer gemeinsamen Decke. Laken war arg knapp bemessen

Groot appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Schoon en netjes. Weinig geluid van verkeer. Uitzicht aan de achterkant van het complex.

Skvělé ubytování

Skvělé ubytování v centru Valencie. Krásný, velký a tichý apartmán. Jeho umístění je v přízemí směrem do dvora, takže žádný hluk z ulice a příjemná teplota i v horkých dnech. Nebylo nutné používat klimatizaci. Vzdálenost přibližně stejná jak na pláže, tak do centra Valencie. Přímo naproti je kavárna a 50 m do nejbližšího obchodu. Zastávka autobusu je taky kousek od apartmánu. Při příští návštěvě Valencie bych určitě využil stejné ubytování.

Tout est automatisé, c'est simple et rapide.

Quand on indique quitter l'appartement entre 11h et 11h30, on nous répond que le ménage ets prévu à 11h. Je me sens un peu pressée de partir. Sinon, j'aurais aimé trouver un grand miroir pour se voir en entier, plus de perches pour les serviettes dans la salle de bain et éventuellement une machine à laver. Nous avons logé l'an dernier dans un appartement très similaire juste en face. C'était moins cher et avec plus de commodités.

Bellissima posizione e alloggio. Appartamento molto pulito e nuovo. Area ben fornita con bus e supermarket. Unica nota: nel caso in cui si avesse necessità di uno spazio fuori (esempio: giardino), da richiedere. Non tutti i loft sono dotati di area esterna.

Apartamento muy cómodo con ubicación perfecto.

La ubicación es perfecta. Está a solo 2 minutos de los Jardines del Turia y de la Ciudad de las Artes. Además, hay bares para desayunar, farmacias y supermercados a menos de 100 metros. El apartamento es bastante amplio, con un salón-cocina en una sola estancia. Viajamos con un niño de 2 años y tenía mucho espacio para jugar. Aunque no lo habíamos solicitado, nos pusieron una cuna que también utilizó como zona de juegos. Un detalle que nos encantó fue que los productos de limpieza, tanto la bayeta como el estropajo, eran nuevos. Siempre nos ha dado un poco de asco reutilizar estos utensilios cuando no sabemos quién los ha usado antes. A excepción de la lavadora, tiene todo lo necesario para hacer vida normal, como si estuvieras en casa. El sofá también es cómodo.

La posizione è perfetta, vicino c'è pure la fermata del bus. Questo è un appartamento piccolino ma c'è tutto quello che serve. Io ero da solo quindi sono stato benissimo ma anche in 2 persone è perfetto.

in Bagno, nella zona del lavandino non c'è posto per appoggiare molte cose, ci sarà al massimo spazio libero 20cmx30cm a fianco al lavandino. Consiglierei di mettere qualche mensola a fianco per appoggiare cose.

Nagyon jó, két fő számára teljesen kényelmes.

Két ember számára nagyon kényelmes, a központtól kb másfél-két km-re, nyugodt, csendes helyen. Busszal minden nagyon jól megközelíthető, de gyalog sincsen semmi messze. Túria és a természettudományi múzeum közvetlen közelben van. Szállás nagyon tiszta volt, a kódos ajtó és a kapunyitás is szuper volt. Mi az E jelű apartmant kaptuk, ami nem közvetlen az utcára nyílt, hanem volt egy kis folyosó az utcáról az épület hátsó részébe. Egy kisebb terasza van az apartmannak a földszinten, ami hátulra a parkolóra néz (ez a képek alapján annyira nem látszott), de ez nagyon jól le van fedve, így kívülről nem látnak be, kellemes reggelente ide kiülni.
