The location was perfect for our purposes
The shower water has very little pressure. One of the neighbors was loud at night time

Все було чудово, зручно комфортно, неймовірно. Все для проживання на довгий період наприклад посуд, рушники все дуже комфортно, гарно сплановані апартаменти. Власникам дякую за гостинність, бажаю Вам чудових туристів

Julia foi uma anfitriã muito atenciosa. Apartamento grande, com todas as comodidades necessárias para garantir uma estadia confortável e acolhedora. Prédio popular, localizado em bairro residencial, bem servido de comércio essencial local e restaurantes, e acessível a transporte público. Também há vagas rotativas de estacionamento gratuito nas imediações. Pertinho da Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, um complexo futurista de entretenimento, que forma um dos principais pontos turísticos de València. A poucos metros dos Jardins do Turia, um parque com aproximadamente 12km de extensão, excelente para prática de atividades físicas e de lazer, ao ar livre. Foram dias incríveis com minha filha e nosso cãozinho. Recomendo!
Achei a rua um pouco escura e deserta à noite, o que me deixou um pouco apreensiva no início da estadia. Não passava de uma preocupação de brasileira medrosa, que enfrenta violência urbana no Brasil. Adorei e recomendo!
