Die Lage war super, das Bett unglaublich bequem und das Personal war jederzeit erreichbar und hat mir sofort geholfen, als ich Probleme hatte. :)

Die Küchenausttattung, sprich Töpfe, Pfannen, Besteck etc., waren schmutzig, als ich in die Unterkunft kam und der Boden war leider auch relativ dreckig. Ungünstig finde ich, dass es keine richtige Möglichkeit zu lüften gibt.

Zero flessibilità verso il cliente. Il check-in è alle 16 e il check-out alle 11. Abbiamo chiesto di anticipare il check-in alle 15 (arrivando molto prima con il treno) e ci è stato risposto che era impossibile perché dovevano far le pulizie. Abbiamo chiesto di posticipare il check-out a mezzogiorno (hanno spostato il volo all’ultimo) e ci hanno detto che era impossibile perché dovevano far le pulizie e non è possibile modificar gli orari perché si sconvolgerebbe tutta la catena di pulizie. Praticamente 5 ore di pulizie per un monolocale…

Свіжий сучасний ремонт. Все було дуже чисто! В квартирі є все необхідне щоб приготувати їжу. Дуже привітний персонал, який швидко реагував на запити. Відмінний WiFi. Магазини, торговий центр, метро - усе поруч.

Трохи шумно. Зранку виспатись не можливо через дитячий заклад поруч. Чутно як розмовляють перехожі. У вечірній час - тихо. Було б приємно, щоб залишали капсули для кави, у кількості заброньованих днів.
