Beach Flat for Family & Groups

We stayed here as a group of 4 people and found the accommodation spacious and comfortable for our size. The property was clean and located in a very peaceful and quiet area of Valencia, which allowed us to get a great night's rest.

The only minor downsides were that the apartment does not have a balcony, and the upstairs beds creak quite loudly whenever you move.

- Location was good for the price, there was bus to the beach. - Some equipment was new or in very good condition: microwave, refrigerator, some furniture. - Beds were comfortable. - Fast Internet connection.

- The air conditioning was too weak for the August weather, it felt like 28-29 degrees inside, while there was 33 outside, we would be happy with 25-26 degrees. - Some equipment was in not the best condition: hot plate was with digits, but they partially worked, the table was wobbly, some beds creaked loudly (no walls inside the apartament, with exception of bathroom). - Rather damp, but with AC clothes were able to dry. - Washing machine broke, the host reacted quickly, but did not manage to fix the problem during our stay.
