Ubicazione e disposizione arredo
Il mobile della cucina non era uguale come quello delle foto pubblicate nella proposta dell’appartamento. E’ stato modificato per uso persone con invalidità. L’appartamento era a piano terra come comunicato, però con affaccio diretto sulla strada con evidente impossibilità di lasciare aperte le finestre a vasistas.

Adorámos a nossa estadia! O apartamento tem um estilo moderno, é muito bonito, confortável e, acima de tudo, muito prático e acolhedor.
Tivemos apenas um pequeno problema na casa de banho, que estava a verter água, mas assim que avisámos, foram extremamente prestáveis e enviaram rapidamente um técnico para resolver a situação. Ficámos muito satisfeitos com a prontidão e atenção demonstradas.
Sem dúvida, uma experiência muito positiva e um alojamento que recomendamos! 😊
Como ponto menos positivo, achámos que a limpeza à nossa chegada poderia ter sido um pouco melhor. Na cozinha, seria também uma mais-valia disponibilizarem alguns elementos básicos, como sal, pimenta ou outros temperos, já que, para estadias curtas, acaba por ser necessário comprar embalagens que praticamente não chegamos a utilizar.

Great location, close to the port and the beach. The flat is well equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, stove, and basic kitchen utensils. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The owner also provided a baby cot and high chair for an additional fee. Communication with the owner was very easy and fast
You can hear the neighbours above especially the because wastewater sounds. Maybe it would help if the pipes were insulated

Só ter 1 casa de banho para 6 pessoas foi muito complicado.
Falta de privacidade: um dos quartos tem uma porta de correr que não vai até ao teto por isso quem está na sala ouve tudo.
O sofá cama não era confortavel.
Não limpam nem repõe nada durante a estadia, nem papel higiénico nem troca de toalhas
