there are quite a few tapas bars, restaurants, supermarket, fresh food market nearby

The keys were easy to find with the direction that our host sent us. Unfortunately, it was a bit difficult to find the apartment block as there was no clear name on the entrance but in saying that the host was available to assist us in finding the correct apartment block

Nice apartment in great neighborhood

The location was good and the apartment in good shape. We had a nice view of a neighborhood park and easy access to the market which was just 30 meters from the front door. Staff very responsive and helpful.

Convenient location for metro, walking into City Centre and to attractions

Bathrooms getting a little tired looking. As when we stayed a couple of years ago only supplied with one set of keys which was not convenient.

We had a lovely visit in Valencia and think it's a very cool city to explore.

Zak was a great host. Very communicative and amenable, letting us in early since the unit was ready. The apartment was clean and bright. Bed was very comfortable. Air condition was great. We enjoyed the location -- while it wasn't central (we knew this when we booked) it was in a cute locals neighborhood with multiple markets, restaurants, and very close metro stop.

Amazing flat in perfect location

The sitting room of the flat was sensational, wonderful views from the amazing windows. I could sit there all day watching the world go by, especially on Monday market day.

Had a bit of a struggle with the sliding wardrobe mirror doors, apart from that perfect.

Lovely one bedroom apartment very close to the metro. Absolutely spotless and had everything we needed for eating in. There's a supermarket right across the street too and the air conditioning works throughout

We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment with our 1 year old. The bathroom was en suite which wasn't really suitable. Good to know in advance if travelling with an infant

Affordable great spacious flat and a great host

The location was right next to the station which was really easy to get to from the airport. Juan our host, gave us a tour of the flat. He was friendly and communicated with us well about our arrival and checking-in. The flat was spacious and pretty much had everything you would need. There is a supermarket right outside the flat which is so nice and convenient and is surrounded by great restaurants.

It would be nice if the flat also had small amenities like shampoo and shower gels. I did notice an ant in the kitchen.

We loved the location and would definitely stay in this area again

The location was fantastic - really vibrant during the day but very quiet at night. Loved the market on our doorstep and huge supermarket opposite. There's a massive street market on Mondays which was great. Easy enough to walk everywhere in Valencia

Bed wasn't very comfortable - ditto sofa. Host didn't offer much info on arrival and the cleanliness was superficially good but needed a good deep clean. Only provided with half a toilet roll!

Fantastic stay - would definitely book again.

Location was really good: lovely market on the square as well as Mercat Bar for great breakfasts, a supermarket just over the road and bars and restaurants all within a few minutes walk. We had a baby with us and for 15 euros the property provided a travel cot and high chair. Apartment was also only a 5 minute walk from the Metro Station, Amistat Casa de Salud which was brilliant for getting from and to airport (1/2 hour journey) and getting into the city. The Apartment was easy 30 minute walk to old city centre and all other attractions.

As there were 3 couples in our group it would have been more convenient to have been given 3 sets of keys instead of 2 sets of keys, but in saying that it was no big problem.

Great apartment near the city centre. Quiet neighbourhood, safe for the kids. Close to amenities, market in the square opposite with nice bars and restaurants near by. City centre a 15 minute stroll. Parking on site an added bonus. Would stay there again, recommend it!
