Great stay for the Valencia Marathon, spacious apartment, great facilities and staff were amazing!

Perfect for our stay for Valencia Marathon. Staff were amazing and helped us extend our stay as well. Apartment was a great size and all the runners enjoyed it.

Location was close to the Old Town which was great but not the greatest walking back in the evenings. The surrounding roads seemed to have lots of people hanging around which didn’t make the ladies want to walk back alone.

Excellent location, clean, comfortable bed, super silent aircon, spacious. The staff were efficient yet super personable.

The staff were awesome and welcoming the property was well laid out and spotless. Car parking option was awesome they allowed us to leave the car after check out allowing us to do much more in Valencia.

The location, it’s very close to the center.Just next to the Mercato and farther along takes you to the center of Valencia.

Big bright apartment with the advantage of friendly hotel reception. Easy walking distance to train station and anywhere in the centre

The neighbourhood can be a little sketchy at night, although I was a woman on my own and walked home after midnight

Very friendly staff and very close to city center. Very easy to get anywhere . Clean and big room, and decent amenities.

Area around the location is shady with prostitutes right around the corner( had no issues with them) . Thin walls, you hear everything from inside the hotel.

Flats Friends best in town

The accommodation is clean and tidy, and the beds are comfortable. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful, a 5-minute walk from the old town - the most beautiful part of Valencia. The host was very polite and professional. He allowed us to leave our luggage 3 hours before check-in, in one word - PERFECT CHOICE.

great location, easy check in and check out, friendly staff, the apartment was really big since it's a historical building

the mattresses weren't very comfortable. the apartment is located on the ground floor and in the mornings you can hear everything from the neighbors. tip: beware of walking alone down the streets at night, as there were prostitutes at the corner of the building

I asked for a double bed but instead got two single beds side by side - disappointing.

The location is great, beds are comfortable and the area is quiet. Heating works well and everything is clean.

Just a small thing: there is no coat hanger to hang your jacket. There was no tea, coffee and spices in the kitchen. This stuff is usually available in this type of accomodation.
