Spacious ground floor apartment with 2 bedrooms with capacity for 6 people, in the heart of Valencia. Living-dining room with fully equipped open kitchen and bathroom with shower. Air conditioning by splits in living-dining room and bedrooms. Very well connected by bus and metro and only 1.2 km from the centre, 4.5 km from the City of Arts and Sciences, 6.5 km from the Arenas and Malvarrosa beaches in Valencia and 18 km from the Albufera Natural Park.
The accommodation:
Apartment in a recently renovated building, located in the Arrancapins neighbourhood (Extramurs). It has been decorated with carefully chosen furniture where you will perceive a fresh, welcoming and practical atmosphere, with everything you may need during your stay.
The apartment, 65 m², has the following spaces:
- Spacious living-dining room with capacity for 6 diners equipped with a double sofa bed of 102x200 cm and a rectangular dining table.
- Open kitchen to the living room fully equipped with small appliances (Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, juicer, kettle and blender).
- Comfortable master bedroom with a double bed of 150x200 cm, mirror and wardrobe-shelving. Ensuite bathroom equipped with sink, mirror and toilet.
- Second bathroom equipped with walk-in shower, large sink, mirror and toilet.
It is provided with bed linen, 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, welcome kitchen amenities: (1 scourer, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 bin bags, 1 washing machine soap, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom), bathroom amenities: (hand gel). Coffee capsules and 1.5 litre bottle of mineral water.

- In the event of requiring an exceptional in-person check-in from 21:00 onwards, a supplement of €30 will be applied, payable in cash upon arrival.

The Neighbourhood:
Extramurs is a residential district built as an extension of the old city of Valencia, in order to provide accommodation for the growing population. In fact, most of the buildings were constructed between 1900 and 1960. In this area it is really easy to stock your pantry, there are several supermarkets (Mercadona and Consum) in the area where you can easily find organic food.
The property is located in the Arrancapins neighbourhood, close to Ángel Guimerá Metro stop. A quiet residential area ideal for visiting with family, 15 minutes' walk from the famous Mercat de Rojas Clemente, 19 minutes' walk from the Torres de Quart, 15 minutes from the Central Market and 20 minutes from the Town Hall Square. In the surrounding area you will enjoy a multitude of restaurants and local shops.
Getting Around:
An area perfectly connected by Bus, Metro, Taxi and Cycle Lane that takes us 10 minutes to the Historic Centre and 20 minutes to Malvarrosa Beach.
-BUS stops: Pérez Galdós - Conca, 3 metres away. (Line C3).
Pérez Galdós - Martínez Aloy, 300 metres away (Line 71).
-Ángel Guimerá Metro stop, 750 metres away. (Lines 1, 2, 5 and 9).
-Joaquín Sorolla train station (AVE): 1 km away.
-North train station: 1.2 km away.
-Cycle lane 10 metres from the building.
