NOT a loft - but spacious and fine for a short stay

It was well equipped and roomy. The area, although not full of sights or museums etc, is a fun local one and feels more authentic than the centre and surroundings.

The studio was completely mis-sold as a “loft”: This gives the impression of an airy place in an attic or at least higher floor, whereas it’s actually a converted garage that gives directly onto the street. There aren’t any windows you can open without being “in public”, and generally as a solo female traveller I find this kind of situation unsettling. Also the bed was very unstable so you don’t sleep well. Communication with the hosts is sporadic and patchy.

Great place at a nice location. Many local things around and easy access to public transport.

All newly build. Good size bed and nice seating area. Very close to the bus and metro and even a walkable distance to the center.

Some small construction things and some extra storage would have been nice.

Mejor de lo que esperaba según algunos comentarios

Todo muy limpio, muy grande, accesible. Encontré el lugar a la primera. No me resultó difícil acceder al apartamento. El baño chulísimo, la cocina equipada con lo necesario. La TV tenía canales interesantes también, aunque no pase mucho tiempo allí.

Las almohadas eran demasiado duras, tuve que dormir con el cojín como almohada. Una opción de una almohada más blanda me habría gustado.

Op zich mooie loft

Maar regelmatig koud water en wifi werkte niet lastig contact alles via app. En voor 11u stonden ze al binnen en daarna 11:09 kwam iemand die alleen spaan sprak dat ik eruit moest maar was aan het wachten tot auto kwam. Ze zijn niet klant vriendelijk. Terwijl als kenners melde duurde het lang voordat je antwoord kreeg maar als je eruit moet stonden ze al ervoor aan de deur.

Apartamento muito bom

Conforto, localização, zona sossegada, perto do autocarro para o centro, a 10min a pé do metro, ter 2 supermercados o Consumer e o Mercadona. Tem máquinas de lavar roupa e loiça e apesar de ser numa garagem que dá diretamente para a rua, gostei muito do aproveitamento da área e da decoração.

Os acessórios de cozinha poderiam estar mais completos, por exemplo não havia uma faca de corte pequena. Não havia pano de cozinha para limpar as mãos, nem bases para os pratos para colocar na mesa. As toalhas eram 1 de rosto e 1 de banho pequena, se fosse inverno e tivesse frio era pouco. Uma coisa que também achamos falta foi dos manuais dos equipamentos, por exemplo da máquina de lavar/secar. Verdade seja dita também não questionamos.

Formiche, sporcizia e proprietari non affidabili.

L'arredamento

Formiche per terra, asse del water sporco al nostro arrivo. I proprietari non sono affidabili nel rispondere quando succedono dei problemi. L'ultimo pomeriggio non funzionava più il codice per entrare nell'appartamento e ci hanno risposto solo dopo aver detto di chiamare la polizia.

Heerlijk appartement, een aanrader!

Een luxe appartement, bijna alles is aanwezig! Supermarkt om de hoek! Heel leuk en mooi ingericht!

De locatie is wat matig, we moesten veel met de Uber aangezien het lopend allemaal te ver was.. De douche werd na 10 min eerst lauw en daarna koud.. we hebben een timer moeten zetten zodat we beide warm water hadden, was erg jammer.

Prima voor een gezin

Prima locatie voor gezin, tegenover een speeltuin met terras in een rustige wijk. Metro 10 min wandelen, bakker en supermarkt om de hoek. Centrum 20-30 min wandelen wat voor ons helemaal prima was. Moderne studio in voormalige garage, enige minpunt was het beperkte warme water in de douche.

A fost un sejur placut, destul de confortabil dar nu foarte linistit din cauza zgomotelor strazii.

Comunicarea a fost foarte rapida si am fost ajutati de cei de la Favara Flats cu orice intrebare sau problema am avut. Deoarece am ajuns mai devreme de ora check-in-ului, am apreciat ca ne-a fost permis sa ne lasam bagajul in apartament desi apartamentul inca nu era gata pentru noii oaspeti :)

Ne-am fi dorit sa fie mai clar mentionat ca acest apartament este la parter (probabil un fost garaj) si ca din apartament ieseai direct in strada. Ferestrele sunt acoperite deci exista privacy insa este suparator faptul ca nu aveam prea multa lumina naturala si auzeam zgomotele strazii foarte bine.

Ligging in een rustige buurt met metro en bus op loopafstand

De deur klemt en opent moeilijk. Wij kwamen aan na middernacht in het donker. Huisnummer 14 niet te vinden. Gelukkig heeft de taxichauffeur ons geholpen. Een foto van de voordeur zou helpen. Een paar koffiecapsules voor de eerste ochtend zou fijn zijn.

Aangenaam, propere studio niet ver van het centrum, goed contact met beheerder

Studio was volledig nieuw en verzorgd

Als adres was huisnummer 14 gegeven maar dit staat echter niet op de gevels dus het was even een zoektocht, betere aanduiding zou fijn zijn, eventueel naam op de gevel plaatsen van de flats en huisnummer. Code van de deur werkte ook n iet maar werd snel opgelost na een telefoontje.
