Great stay. Lack of basic things

This apartment was overall well-equipped, but I found a few things that could be improved. Since I was traveling light, it was great to have basics like shampoo and shower gel provided for the period I stay.. However, a couple of things impacted my stay. The apartment door is right off the sidewalk, so leaving the windows open wasn’t really an option, especially when I was out. This was something I knew ahead of time, but having a window that could stay open safely, even when I wasn’t around, would help with airflow—there was a slight sewer smell at times. I’d also suggest adding more storage; extra space for belongings would definitely be useful.

Apartamento cómodo en Valencia

El colchón y las almohadas son muy cómodos. Tiene ventilador y aire acondicionado que en días de calor son necesarios y se agradecen. El baño y la cocina están bien.

Echamos de menos tener sábana en la cama y una toalla más para la ducha ya que éramos dos adultos y un niño. Las mesillas de noche no son nada útiles para mi gusto. La TV no tiene antena y la cocina tiene un par de muebles que no tienen ni uñero ni tirador. A pesar de estos comentarios la estancia fuera positiva para nosotros

Grand studio bien agencé, tout neuf, propre. L’accès est facile, les propriétaires sont très réactifs et nous ont donné de bonnes recommandations ! Notre chien a été accueilli sans supplément !

C’était assez difficile de trouver une place dans la rue (heureusment parking payant pas très cher à côté !) Quand même à 20/25 min de marche de l’hypercentre.

Apartamento decente en una Valencia sobredimensionada en precios

Electrodomésticos buenos de cocina. Lugares alrededor con supermercados, tiendas y bares de barrio que te permiten comer y comprar barato. El personal desde limpieza hasta telefónicamente siempre dispuestos ayudar y en contacto.

洗碗机超级脏，巨多水垢，好像完全没加过软化盐，烧水壶也是，里面水垢都包浆了，怀疑说干净的好评都是刷的。。。。铺第二个床要加钱，这我可以接受，但你能不能好好铺？第二个床连被套被子都没有，就给了个毯子放在床上是什么意思。。。晚上临睡觉了才发现，发消息给房东没回复，家里人用毯子凑合了一晚上，第二天催他才派了个人送过来第一张床的被子也没给套上，问了说被子在床下面的箱子里要自己铺，打开床发现那个被子就随便团了一下放在里面，不敢想多久没洗了，一晚上100多欧就这

Sitio muy tranquilo, cama cómoda, acceso muy cómodo (a ras del suelo), y muy bien equipado.

Tuve algún problema con el grifo del agua fria de la ducha, pero enseguida me lo resolvió el anfitrión.

Tutto bene, con qualche consiglio

Tutto bene. Ho apprezzato molto la cucina, la doccia grande, il frigorifero e il diffusore avendo i capelli ricci. C’erano persino delle pinze per sopracciglia. Inoltre, il proprietario è stato molto gentile ed è venuto incontro a tutte le nostre esigenze.

Consiglierei di mettere qualcosa su cui appoggiare le cose in bagno e uno straccio in cucina. Il divano letto aveva un lato un po' rotto, ma ci siamo adeguati.

Un’ottima scelta per Valencia

Struttura nuova e pulitissima, aveva tutto il necessario. Presente anche un’asciugacapelli, kit detersivo piatti/lavastoviglie/lavatrice. La cucina era completa, l’host ci ha lasciato anche delle cialde per la macchinetta del caffè. La struttura è a pochi minuti a piedi dalla metro. Vicinissimo anche a un piccolo supermercato e una brioxeria ottima!

Una buona base di appoggio per valencia

Comoda e funzionale per coppie che la usano come base di appoggio per visitare la città a due passi dalla metropolitana (Av. Del Cid) e dalla fermata democracia della linea bus 73 che porta in centro

Un endroit où il fait bon rester....

L'emplacement était parfait, non loin de tous moyens de transport...et visites réalisables également à pied si on aime marcher comme nous. Appartement cosy, très confortable, très propre et personnel adorable, très présent et attentionné!

L'appartamento è molto carino proprio come si vede in foto, curato nei particolari. Noi non abbiamo usato la cucina ma era provvisto di tutto il necessario. Materassi molto comodi. I letti un pochino più piccoli dei nostri. Bagno con doccia molto grande. Attaccato all'appartamento una brioxeria con prodotti buonissimi e particolari ed un supermercato molto fornito. A 400 m la fermata della metro e a circa 20 Min a piedi dal centro. Le persone che lo gestiscono molto disponibili e gentili siamo rimasti in contatto per tutto il nostro soggiorno.Ottima esperienza.
