Amazing find! Perfect for groups

It was amazing. Great location and easy check in. The apartment is huge!!!! 3 big double bedrooms, terrace and huge living room and separate kitchen. For a group of friends with a dog it was perfect. I’d stay again with no hesitation

VERY EXPENSIVE POOR QUALITY SERVICE

The position

We had a lot of issues in this house, electrical faults, plumbing problems, leaking washing machine, the kitchen was empty we found very hard to cook, super expensive for the quality of the service, The owner of this place is just after money and has poor customer service, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

The apartment was comfortable and well located and we were lucky to get the apartment with a late booking.

The refrigerator did not work and needs replacing. The toilet continuously ran water. The fan in the top left bedroom made a lot of noise when on high.

If you want to enjoy Valencia, DO NOT STAY HERE!!! It is a nightmare!

The flat is quite big, not far from the old city center. But... unfortunately, that's the only part we liked.

The most important, the flat was quite dirty and full of cockroaches, especially in the bathroom and kitchen. This is totally unacceptable - my advice - DO NOT STAY IN THIS FLAT!!! When we arrived, we didn't have any instructions, only a phone number. I needed to call them 3 times before someone answered. Then someone opened the door. In the flat, 2 cleaning ladies were still there. The owner agreed that our arrival time will be 3 PM, so the cleaning process was supposed to be done... The fridge was stinky and was not cooling anything - just a piece of furniture in the kitchen, where the bugs can hide :( The AC is good only in the living area. 3 bedrooms are located quite far, so the AC will not be able to reach them. There are fans in the ceiling, but even at medium speed, there are shaking, so it is quite scary. During the night, there were probably 30 degrees in the bedrooms. Every morning in the flat, it was a very, very bad smell, coming from the kitchen/bathroom area.

Nice clean 3-bedroom apartment with great price-quality ratio

Nice location - not exactly in the historical center, but only around 10-15 minutes by foot to the central market and other main sights. Nice clean apartment with comfortable beds and desks. Great big terrace with a big table and even a barbeque. Flexible check-in and check-out and responsive host.

Pretty noisy although not in a crowded area and without bars or restaurants nearby. There was noise from outside but mostly from the neighbours above, probably due to thin walls.

Humedades… no hay aire acondicionado, la terraza por horario no la puedes disfrutar

No hay aire acondicionado en ninguna habitación, hay uno enano en el salón que no enfría ni el salón… La nevera, otra que no enfría… De suciedad bien… Si tenéis pensado ir varios ahí, desde marzo a septiembre no lo aconsejo… hace un calor de escándalo y mucha humedad…. En ese piso no puedes estar ni si quiera 4h de noche La terraza a partir de las 9 no puedes estar en ella… que es cuando alomejor la quieres disfrutar . PÉSIMO TODO

La terrassa n'était pas balayée et la sortie de la clim la rendait étouffante. La clim qui n'était que dans le salon. Les ventilateurs des chambres : une grinçait le rendant inutilisable. Les piles manquaient à une télécommande sur deux. Et ce malgrès nos réclamations. Une télécommande fonctionnait pour 2 chambres.

Emplacement à une des portes d'entrée de la vieille ville.

Le "point fort" de l'appartement, la terrasse ne l'est pas vraiment. Table très petite, branlante comme les quelques chaises. Quelques chaises longues au lieu d'une paillasse pas très propre seraient bien venues. Seau pour récupérer une fuite d'eau d'un étage au-dessus. Rien des points négatifs mentionnés sur les avis antérieurs ne semblent avoir été corrigés. Quel dommage. 2 chambres cellules avec ouverture sur puits intérieurs extrêmement bruyant.

Encert en triar aquest apartament

Lloc aprop del centre històric on ens ha sorprès les dimensions de l'apartament: les 3 habitacions son grans i còmodes, el menjador és gran i espaiós i la cuina i lavabo son correctes. La terrassa que no hem aprofitat fa que sigui un apartament gran.

Alguna llum no funcionava i hi ha poc material de cuina. A part de l'aparcament ja que si vols aparcar aprop, has de tenir sort que algun cotxe marxi de la zona ja que és molt difícil d'aparcar.

Appartamento molto pulito. Host gentilissimo e disponibile nonostante i disguidi che ci sono stati. Appartamento spazioso per un grande gruppo di amici e molto vicino al centro. Lo consiglierei a famiglie e gruppi di amici. ottimo anche per cucinare e mangiare in casa.

il portone del condominio spesso rimaneva aperto e comunque non veniva chiuso a chiave. Sarebbe bello se si potesse implementare la sicurezza dell'appartamento assicurandosi che rimanga sempre chiuso a chiave.

la ubicación es muy buena, especialmente si vas a hacer scape rooms. El sitio es amplio y luminoso, bien renovado, bien decorado y moderno.
