Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay in Valencia! The communication with our host was fantastic — quick, friendly, and super helpful. He even waited for us and welcomed us personally to hand over the keys, which made everything so easy from the start. The location couldn’t be better! We were right where we needed to be, with amazing access to the city’s best spots. And the apartment… wow! It was incredibly spacious and perfect for our group of 13. Everyone had plenty of room, and it made the whole trip so much more comfortable and fun. We 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Valencia — you’ll have an amazing stay!

Great stay + perfect location

Great property, perfect for a large group wanting to stay. The facilities were great and the location couldn’t be more perfect, it’s all walking distance to everything you’d need. The staff were really great, we had an issue with the safe and they came to resolve it straight away. Overall, we had a great stay!

Location was excelent. You have a privat entrance directly to the apartment.

Windows needs replacement, as sounds from the street can be heard in apt. Cleanless can be better, specialy in bathrooms, and whole place will need paint job soon.

Great, would stay again

Brilliant location and great set up for a group of friends. The beds were very comfortable.

There was loud construction work going on through the night but this was no fault of the property owners.

Perfect location, could do with a little tlc.

Perfect setting and location for 3 school teachers and 10 pupils. The owners were very accommodating, leaving the keys for us at a nearby hotel because due to flight delays, we arrived early hours of the morning.

Although beds, bathrooms were very clean, other areas had been left eg. Shelves under tables thick with dust and stained furniture.

The Property is an excellent location and very large and accommodating for the 12 people we booked for.

To use washing machine had to turn off AC in whole flat as it took too much power otherwise whole apartment power would trip.

L’emplacement est exceptionnel ! Les lits étaient confortables. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Tout était très propre mais les salles de bain nécessitent une mise à jour, elles sont un peu désuètes. Peu de pression dans les douches et les joints de douches sont à refaire.

Belle location

L’appartement est idéalement situé en centre-ville. Sa superficie et le nombre de salles de bain sont parfaits. La grande pièce à vivre dispose d’une grande table pouvant accueillir confortablement 12 à 15 personnes. Le Wi-Fi est disponible, tout comme un coffre-fort. Savon dans les salles de bains. Une climatisation est disponible dans l appartement et des ventilateurs dans certaines pièces.

Aucun produit de première nécessité n’était disponible (ni épicerie de base, ni liquide vaisselle, ni lessive) et le kit d’accueil est vraiment minimal. La cafetière est trop petite pour un groupe de 10 personnes et aucun torchon n’était fourni pour la vaisselle. Enfin, certaines chambres donnent sur la rue, ce qui rend les nuits bruyantes.

Vacaciones muy cómodas en Valencia!

Es un apartamento muy espacioso, perfecto para grupos grandes, la ubicación es muy buena, las habitaciones cómodas, aire acondicionado funcionando bien, la cocina con todo lo requerido para cocinar y servir a grupos grandes, el espacio de la sala, comedor y cocina es impresionante. El apartamento es como esta en las fotos y mas!

Solo como informacion, la casa esta en un primer piso y no tienen elevador, algo de olor de cañería en los baños, pero nada grave.

Spaziosa, tante camere, posizione eccellente

Bagni senza finestre o ventole, quando si accende l’aria condizionata all’inizio manda un cattivo odore per cui bisogna tenere le finestre aperte. Casa da sistemare sotto alcuni punti di vista. Mancanza di una padella.
