Very nice

Staff spoke good English and were helpful. Nice room with good amenities. Having a washing machine available was very nice. The balcony doors were surprisingly good at keeping noise from the school across the street out.

I wish they had soap in both the bath and the kitchen, the bath fan didn’t seem to work.

Great! Would stay again

Great location, comfortable flat, we were 3 adults. Well stocked kitchen / bathroom. Very friendly and responsive staff.

A few hooks around would be great, for jackets or wet towels. As the shower door does not fill the whole space, the bathroom floor got quite wet when showering. Easily fixed with towels on the floor but might bother some people

Amazing rooms, lots of natural light, close to the main attractions

Clear instructions on check-in. Proactive and helpful hosts. Very responsive host, quick to help out. Great location of hotel. Lots of light. Access to balcony and roof top.

A wonderful family stay with amazing staff and perfect location

We had a fantastic stay in Valencia. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, always available with advice and assistance throughout the day. They let us check in much earlier than expected and even made a very thoughtful gesture during our stay, which we truly appreciated. I was there with my family and we felt very comfortable and well taken care of. The team spoke several languages, so communication was easy. The location couldn’t be better, right in the city center. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and perfect for a family, with a lovely terrace and all the essentials. Excellent value for money. We would definitely stay here again!

Other than the arrival , the stay was good.

Location and space

We arrived and nobody was in the desk ( it was at working hrs) we were waiting outside for a bit more than 30 minutes. There is 2 phone numbers to call and non of them answered to us. Thanks to Flavia the cleaning lady she let us come in and called the owner to help us. Flavia was excellent during our time there.

Amazing city center stay for a group of friends or couple

Great location, beautiful terrace, super clean, very nice staff. They have an easy system for auto checkout after hours, kept our luggage for the whole day before our flight. Highly recommended!

Problems with the deposit refund.

Easy and fast self check-in.

On checkout they said the refund of the deposit will be the same day. I was waiting for about 3 weeks. After 3 weeks of hassle and back and forth messages on Booking and WhatsApp, they only did a partial refund. Don't know if this is a scam scheme or unique to my case, but is a reason I won't book this host again.

It was nice :)

The furniture is a bit old but it has everything you might need. The washing machine and the dryer are rusty…but the seem to work. The location is wonderful. Walking distances to all the landmarks in the old town. A bit noisy because of the school if you plan to stay a lot in the apartment but for us it wasn’t an issue since we only went back to sleep. Also, it’s quite big.

You could do better with the cleaning. A lot of dust especially under the bed. Each time we opened the window, a lot of dust would come out from under the bed.

The apartment is near the city center and it is really comfortable and spacious. The receptionist is kind and available if needed.

The bathroom is a bit too small, in particular the sink and the shower if you are taller than 170 cm.

The house was close to the center of the city so you can go for a walk on foot.

You have to pay a deposit of 100 euros for any damages you may cause. If after leaving, everything is ok then you get back your deposit. Inside the house there is a list of things that you have to pay if happened (e.g losing key, smoking, etc)

The location was great, everything was at walking distance. The apartment had everything we might have needed on our stay and the staff was extremely nice and helpful.

The street gets pretty busy at night, but it's a worthy sacrifice. The bed was too firm for our liking and the pillows were a bit uncomfortable, but the couch the job did just fine.

Good apartment for a short stay in Valencia at a small price

Location is very central and super close to the market. The apartment is spacious and modern. Bed very comfortable

The bathroom is very small and easily damageable. The shower and the sink had a a bit too much limestone. This can be improved. Sofa bed was also not very comfortable but okay for a couple of days.

We enjoyed the location because it was close to all the sights of Valecia and it allowed us to see everything. The apartment was spacious and well-lit, good size kithen.

We were supposed to get an apartment with a terrace. The kitchen was missing basic untensils like more knives, limited or no basic condiments like salt, sugar, oil and the bathroom had only three toilet paper rolls for 4 people for three nights. Besides, we don't know what was in the sofa bed that my 12 year old son got badly biten by a bug, the doctor says it must have been a poisonos one.

The apartment is located right next to a school with a big outdoor sports ground and it was constantly very loud except on Sunday - had we known about this prior to booking, we would have DEFINITELY chosen another place to stay. The bikes that we borrowed were not in great condition at all, the apartment itself looked way better on the pictures than in person, the bathroom including the toilet was incredibly tiny for an apartment suited for 5(!) people and constantly smelled bad. The huge terrace displayed on the pictures (which was one of the main reasons why we chose this apartment) was actually divided in half and not at all like promised on the website. It had some uncomfortable outdoor seating furniture without any pillows and the table made of plastic easily broke by just leaning my foot against it - for which I was charged 40(!)€. If you still decide to book, make sure you thoroughly read their guidelines because they will charge you extra for basically everything - even for not taking the trash bag out.
