Property was located perfectly. Close to center, great restaurants and everything was in a walking distance. Public transportation was close by so one can also get to the beach. Staff was amazing, ready to assist with anything you need and doing it witha smile

Spacious apartment well located in downtown Valencia.
The bathroom a bit small, but it was manageable.
You are required to take out the trash when checking out, that is unusual in Spain.

The location was incredible, couldn’t be better. So close to the central market and the cathedral. The apartment itself was perfect our short stay with a lovely small balcony, the roof top terrace was a welcome additional. We arrived really late so used self check in, process was very easy. Instructions were provided earlier in the day with a code for the door and lockbox. Check out also simple, can just leave keys in the apartment.
It is noisy. Got woken up by the bin men during the night each night, you can also hear everything from the street (not too busy so isn’t the worst). Bear in mind the school across is also very loud on weekday mornings. Walls are also paper thin so could hear other apartments. Wouldn’t but me off staying again at all, sure something to consider. Another small thing is there wasn’t a safe which would be a great thing to add.

The apartment is well located but needs to be properly cleaned. There was sugar spilt on kitchen floor, with small ants staring to appear. There also dirt and dust on floor..
