The group next door was quite loud, so we were lucky to have ear plugs to get some sleep.

Really nice place but bed too hard.

Clean, efficient, well furnished, close to many services and sibway, quiet.

No blackout curtain and tje bed is way to hard. They should use memory foam beds.

Meet the expectations, worth the money

Clean space. Good lighting, well equipped kitchen with everything necessary for breakfast and not too complex meals. There's a ''cleaning kit'' that comes very handy if your the tidy kind of guests. Bed was good, not overly good but good enough. I had the studio with a terrace which was definitely a plus. You have a supermarket just across the road.

There's was some door slamming from other apartments during the night (Younger guests coming back from nights out) that did wake me up but i have a quite light sleep, i guess that could be solved adding some sort of foam tap on the door frames to prevent that from happening.

1 night in Valencia for 5

Super well equiped spacious apartment in good location for exploring. Deserves a 9/10 rating but minus points for checking in.

Check-in was unflexible, in my case information for 3 guests was not available until arrival so no entry for anyone. This caused extra workload and wasted time for me. My recent bookings with other hospitality put the customers first with only essential information being requested.

AC was not very effective for summer stay, apartment warmed up and AC could not keep up. The upstairs area and balcony are not an ideal area for children. Balcony was a bit dirty and steep.

Don’t be fooled by the communication’s error -apartment is good and service is good (technically perfect)

Location is perfect,the type of accommodation/bedding was exactly the same as what we ordered.it was clean ,but a little bit tired ( please see photos)

Communication with the property’s staff was totally disappointing,I was told that I need to provide a lot of sensitive information (it wasn’t that hard),I was told that the property’s description isn’t correct due to the fault of Booking.com ( it wasn’t) etc

Clean and nice area, but tiny - not as in photos

Location was good, clean

The photos on the ad were NOT the actual photos of the place. It was extremely small, you could barely walk around the pull out sofa, there were no stairs to a different floor and not even enough chairs for every to sit. Also no door in between kitchen/sofa bed and bedroom and only the absolute essentials regarding furniture with no charm whatsoever. We felt really crammed in, also the 'welcome 'pack' only had things for 2 people, even though it was three of us. The communication was quite good and they supplied more, but could not make up for the show box of a place.

The apartment is ok but I do not recommend buying and extra services from Libere directly.

The location was good and the apartment was spacious. Apart from an oven, it has everything you need.

I would say I was a bit dissatisfied with the breakfast since we paid 7 euro/person and they only offered a coffee and a pastry, that was a total of max 3-4 euros. And what was worse was the way the pastry owner treated us, she was very condescending. I really do not recommend paying for breakfast, you can find better places and a lot cheaper. We also paid for parking and we were quite disappointed when we learned that the apartment building did not have parking facilities, we were forced to leave the car 1 km away from the apartment which was really inconvenient since we had a small child with us. I would have appreciated to know that the parking was so far from the location before having to pay for it.

Comfortable small apartment near the botanical garden.

good location, easy entry and quiet area. Bed very comfortable and small but adequate kitchenette.

too small for 3 people to be comfortable but would work well for 2. The patio is as large as the apartment, but it has nothing in it so not very usable unless you take chairs out. Although it was clean, the walls were badly scuffed up. Also, if you arrive early there is no place to leave luggage, so you have to find a storage locker. The price seemed high, but maybe that is just Valencia.

Good services but needs sound proofing

Everything was very clean and had all the amenities you would require, useful to have air con and check in was very easy

Nice to have coffee machine but some pods would have been nice Poor sound proofing- was woken by front door closing and other remnants multiple times Also had a flashing light going off in the apartment every 30 mins which I could see through closed eyes

Great location, but crammed and noisy

The location is everything. It is within walking distance of the metro station, and supermarket and 10 minutes from the de city center.

The apartment was not really suited for three people - there were only two chairs and the space was really crammed. There is little space to store your things - for a short visit it might be fine, but for a longer stay I would not recommend it. There was little natural light - the apartment was on the ground floor, and there was a walled terrace (with no furniture) and very little light coming in. We had to keep the lights on at all hours. It got really noisy - we could hear the footsteps and voices from above, the door opening and shutting at all hours, and all the loud people talking while going out in the evening.

Good location; Epacious apartment. Easy check in and check out. Everything was done online and it worked out well.

The showers do not work well: fittings let water out which meant that there was little pressure in the bath. Some of the soap dispensers didn't work

Fantastic apartments for a great base to see the city from.

The access was very secure, the apartment was spacious, modern and clean.

A little bit noisy as there were young children in the apartment next to us. No parking but Garaje Guimerá on Carrer d’Angel Guimera was close, secure and good value.

simple and nice apartament, next to valencia city center

the apartament is nice, simple, clean. next to a supermarket, 10min away from Central Market, 15 min away from Placa de Ayuntamento

the beds in both bedrooms are quite small, 140cm in the kitchen we needed more detergent for dishwasher at some point the ceiling ventilator started to work out of nowhere, we managed to shut it down by stopping all lights from the pannel, we didnt get it what was the remote control

Very good

Stayed in the single apartment on the ground floor. It's modern, clean, tidy and as pictured. The kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of plates cutlery, a kettle, coffee machine(pods cost extra) a juice maker and other kitchen utensils. There was a small pack with new detergent, sponge and cloth. There was little to no noise and you don't hear much from other guests unless they are entering or existing the building There is a black out / sun blind for the window to block out all light. The bathroom is modern, clean and tidy. There's hand soap / shower gel, extra toilet paper in the cabinet and also a hair dryer. Location is great, only a few minutes walk from the old town and with good bus connections The metro stop to and from the airport is a 5 minute walk. There is also a Carrefour supermarket about 3 minutes walk from the apartment. Entry is via an app which was easy to setup and use. I ended up booking an extra night by calling the number through the app which was very quick, easy and a good price.

For some reason the duvet did not have a cover but instead was sandwiched between two sheets. This became very irritating through the night when the sheets would not stay in place. The toilet seat was not fitted correctly, was loose and would not stand up freely. The bathroom sink is very unnecessarily small and you'll get water everywhere. Not much space or shelf for toiletries so you'll end up using the top of the toilet or the edge of the tiny sink.

Perfect for 4 people

The apartment is situated in a quite area, right next to a supermarket. It was easily accessible using the app, no need to worry about loosing the keys; perfect size for 4 people; clean rooms, comfortable beds, the kitchen was well equipped, the bathrooms were large. The air-conditioning system worked perfectly, despite the cold weather we could set a comfortable temperature inside the apartment.

We would have appreciated a box of tissues or paper towels. Another con was the lack of storage space in the bathrooms.

Top location, modern and clean

The location was very good, near the old center, you could get to the mail places walking. 10 minutes walking to the Central Market The check in was very easy, all instructions sent via chat and mail. It was very clean and modern

In one room was a little cold at night at the end of january. they have just air conditioning for heating and that room did not have one. The kitchen was well equipped, but they gave us just 1 tablet for dishwasher and 1 for washing machine (we stayed 5 nights..and payed 650€) No salt, oil or anything. Coffee capsules for a charge. But we bought from the supermarket and they had a Nespresso machine

Not clean, strong drainage smell, no water pressure

Nicely decorated, has everything you need, good location.

Cleaning only superficial (hair, dirty corners, vertical surfaces never wiped at all). Strong drainage smell in one of the bathrooms, almost non existent water pressure in the second one. Bed is very very small, although there is a space for bigger bed. I saw all these problems in previous reviews as well but apparently hotel doesn’t care.
