Disappointed

Was in a good location, but the apartment was not advertised like pictures. The bathroom floor was disgusting, marked floored, the bedrooms had no rugs, some no wardrobes, very empty feeling. We had no sleep due to nosy neighbours early hours in the morning. Nothing like described

Not so great. If you don’t mind taking cold showers and sitting in the dark, this place is for you!

Location was great.

Our stay was ruined by lack of hot water. The host replied to us saying that we would have to wait for 15 minutes after each person takes a shower for boiler to heat up water. It was 8 of us! The electricity kept switching off as well. Constantly. We would have only lights on and it would switch off every few minutes. So we would have to go and switch it back on. I had to raise an official complaint with booking.com. They got us a bit of a refund which wr appreciate taking i to consideration the above.

Location was perfect

The rooms were uncomfortable, dirty and poorly ventilated.. There were only tiny one shower for 6 people, but on the booking.com says it has two showers. That was misleading. The host of a hotel was not helpful, never responded positively. The room we stayed was not like the above picture.

Luxury apartment with a great location

The apartment was clean and spacious. The staff were great with easy checkin and quick to reply to messages. Eduardo was brilliant and helpful. The location was perfect as everything was walking distance and plenty of shops and eating places nearby. Would highly recommend staying here.

Location was great; it was a good size property and it comes with almost everything you need.

Not all the rooms have air conditioning; however, we talked to thw staff and they moved us to another property with air conditioning in every room.

Great location and size. Needs a bit of an update

The location is perfect for exploring the centre of Valencia on foot. It a block away from HUNDRED burger, which has a deserved international award for its 'Singular' burger. It is also very easy to use public transport to get around the city due to the central location - this includes getting to and from the airport and the beaches. The rooms are varied in size, the larger rooms are excellent with plenty of stage space.

There is only one 'okay' shower in the property. There are two toilets and sinks but for large groups use of the shower will require planning e.g. half the group showering at opposite ends of the day. We didn't spend much time in the property and ate out so the kitchen needing an update etc. wasn't a concern. Some of the bedrooms lack air conditioning or a fan.

Very good stay in a nice flat very well located, but the it should have cost a few hundred Euros less.

The location was perfect, the flat was clean, the towels were changed in the middle of the stay, the beds were comfortable and the lighting was good.

AC wasn't working in one room, the fuses blew twice, a safe wasn't working, there should have been a third key since the flat is for 9 people, soap/shampoo was absent/defective in some bathrooms, the flow from the taps was slow and most of all the photos in the description did not match the actual flat (such as the lack of a terrace).

Excellent location and very spacious apartment. Also, the staff were very pro-active and clear when contacting me regarding check in times & details etc.

Large apartment but quite basic. Only 2 x mirrors available in the whole apt with these located in each of the two lavatories only. One shower only (apt. can accommodate up to 10). Towel rails would also be nice addition! Bolster type pillows were rock hard.

Spatious self supply appartement in the historic city center without windows. Poor heating/AC.

Situated in the historic city center. Public transport is close. Well equipped appartement. Easy communication with host.

Not recommended in wintertime, as the heating is not sufficient at all when outside-temperature is low. Problems with the electric power supply. Hot water boiler has not enough volume for 3+ people taking a shower. Appartement is not soundproof to noise coming from technical installations in the house or the stairway, which is quite annoying during nighttime.

Not a good value for money. Also the host is very mean

The location is great. The apartament is situated in the middle of the city with plenty of restaurants nearby. Unfortunately this was the only thing good!!!

First of all, the host was very mean. Even if i paid over 500€/ night for the apartament, the host accepted to make me an early check-in of 3 hours only after i gave him an extra 40€. Also he refused to give me an invoice for that amount of money. Second at all, the apartment is very used, the furniture is in a bad condition, and looks dirty. The door from the terrace can not be closed. Also during a winter night there is very cold and the AC can not handle the situation. As a conclusion it didn’t deserve 550€ /night and the gesture of the host asking for a 40€ it is really dissapointing.

The location was very central which made getting around Valencia really easy and we were close to all the historical sights and within easy reach of the metro. Plenty of space for a large group in the accommodation and close to shops and restaurants. rooms accommodated our group comfortably - but only 2 bathrooms (one shower) for 7 people seemed very minimal considering it could accommodate 10. Host was very friendly on arrival when providing the keys.

The accommodation when we arrived was not as advertised. There was no outdoor terrace or outside space at all for us to enjoy. The apartment facilities (toilets/showers) were not as clean as would be expected, lots of rust within the shower cubicle. There were damaged electrical items - bedside lamps with broken and non-existent switches, which left exposed wires (these were not used and quickly unplugged). Blinds and some furnishings had water marks/stains on them. The decor of the apartment was bright and clean (at a glance) but definitely not to the modern and impressive standard as shown in the images online. Very noisy apartment block, with additional background city noises. communication between host leading up to the trip was frustrating, despite working with Booking.com, I received no confirmation or answers to queries until the day we were due to arrive.

Great value for the location

For the appartement we had all of us had our own bathroom and the location was great too. A lovely café down below to have coffee and a pastry in the morning.

The room my friend and I shared was a bit cramped but it still had everything we needed and the lighting in the room could do with being brighter.

the customer service was the worst thing I’ve experienced it they don’t answer by email or text and you have to keep calling at end up with no clear answers and our place supposed to have 5stairs to elevator we ended up for plus 40 stairs we have 2 children and strollers no handy the walls were so thin I haven’t had any good sleep there at all it like our neighbors they were staying with us all the time

Super nice, I would book from this company again

-Perfect location in the city center. -Appartment is very well equipped. From kitchen, to the nice towels, hair dryer, etc. -I could read that some reviews mention that it's not clean: I do not agree with this. We all thought it was very clean. -Contacts from the agency are super helpful and give feedback on questions super fast.

Beds are a bit hard, however this is personal (some like it, some dont) There are not many windows
