Very very noisy all night long. People fighting outside and upstairs. Beds were not comfortable at all. Not recommended for two couples. Definitely not for retirees.

Only the location , nothing else .

Honestly the apartment is old and the stuff is old, there is no internet in the house (there is a network but it doesn't connect due to the weak internet) we asked the apartment manager for the internet password and he didn't reply to us until after a whole day and many attempts and emails!! I tried to reach him to know where I can put the car and he still didn't reply, the treatment is very bad, the apartment was supposed to accommodate 4 people but I don't recommend it because it's very small and only for 2 people, another thing is there is a smell of dampness in the building and the apartment and the windows don't open it's very suffocating, the coffee machine doesn't work also, and the biggest disaster is that the air conditioner doesn't work we died from the dampness and the heat, so in the end I don't advise anyone to take this apartment because the treatment is very bad and the apartment is not worth the money we paid.

No cleaning we found vomit in the bedroom and the hosting never replird to us The matress are spotted with urine Wifi is not functuoning we had to buy wc paper and things to clean as the host refused our call....booking should not allow this

Nice and close to the center

The apartment is very nice, with everything you may need. Close to the market and at 5 minutes walk to the main plaza. Only one issue came up: For two nights we have had a huge voice noise, until 5-6 in the morning. I don’t know if it was from the kebab below or any other bar in the building, or in the rooms nearby… But I read in recommendations that noise should be zero from 22.00 to 8.00. It was not. Apart from that, it’s a wonderful place

Great location, spacious rooms and clean facilities

The check out was supposed to be at 12, but someone knocked on the door at 10:45 am saying that the check out is at 11 am. They proceeded to knock on the door a few times until we left. Another thing, there are warning signs with potential fines all over the apartment (if you use the towel for makeup, if you smoke, if you leave the window open, or if you leave the AC on while you're not at home...etc you'll be charged 200 euros)

The apartment was spacious and clean. The location was great 10 minutes from the train stations and from the sightseeing. The bus station and supermarket were just in front of us. The kitchen was well equipped.

Location was good. Size of apartment for two people was ok and was a secure, safe.

Shower leaked extremely badly. Had to mop floor after each shower. No handle, rail for getting into the bath shower. Stairs to apartment were not maintained, smelly, dusty. These things let the apartment down Low bed was a little difficult to get out of for someone of my age.

Nothing really.

TV didn't work, Wi-Fi not present until I complained then a router was delivered but it didn't work! A break of 9 days with no access to news or WiFi not acceptable in this day &age. Light fitting hanging off the ceiling, Bathroom finish very poor but adequate. For a self catering apartment not enough facilities. Only one saucepan ,no frying pan, coffee machine that didn't hold water, insufficient seating for guests only 3 chairs. This was not a cheap apartment, very disappointing! Don't waste your money on this property!

Excellent location - just across the mercato centrale and close to the rest of the historical centre. Also close to public transport.

The bath shower head was leaking and was difficult not to make a bathroom mess every time we showered. However, this is not a reason for not visiting.

Unfriendly Host

We chose the appartement due to the comparitavely low price and the good location. Our appartement was located on the first floor, so it was somewhat loud at night

The apartment was somewhat smelly of freshly applied silicone. And the host was very unfriendly. We are well traveled and rented sevaral appartements over the years. One minor thing, that bothered me, is that they only provided two rolls of thin toiletpaper for the whole week. But okay. We can by some more ourselves. What bothered me more were the tone and the assumptions the host took in our conversations via the booking massanger: Here is a Quote: me: "Hallo. Firstly: We are running out of Toilette paper. schould we by more by ourselfes, or do you provide more? Secoundly: Our Plane departs on Friday at 05:50. So we want to leave the Apartment at around 04:00. Schould we leave the Keys in the Box next to the door? Where can we find a Taxi at that time, or do we need to preorder one? Thank you for your help." Answere: "Good morning Christian, You must buy toilet paper yourself, we do not supply more paper than the apartment has. On the other hand, you have the obligation to leave the apartment at 11:00 in the morning on Friday, June 17, otherwise we will take the appropriate legal measures. You have to leave the keys in the safe-box. If you need anything else, please let me know." Since we wanted to leave at 04:00am and not pm, we did not ask for a late checkout. And I don't think there is any need to threaten with legal actions.

A clean apartment, with excellent air conditioning, washing machine, hot water, full-size refrigerator, two elevators.

This apartment is on the first floor, one floor up from the street. Every single night the "losers" sit right underneath the bedroom/living room window and drink and smoke and yell at each other until six in the morning. In the back bedroom, away from the street, anyone who comes onto the floor (there are at least six apartments on each floor) is liable to be loud and noisy too, and since there is an airshaft there, forget about getting any sleep. If it wasn't for the location, the apartment would be OK. But it is not.

La struttura buona , abbiamo soggiornato nella room 316 , c’era tutto Appartamento grande

Palazzo pessîmo, puzza , rumore nelle strade , una camera ha il balcone sopra un bar dove bivaccano ubriachi e prostitue ,tutta la notte grida , esperienza traumatica per quanto accaduto , 8 di mattina esco per comprare il caffè e lascio la mia compagna con due bambini in casa , due persone hanno tentato di entrare forzando la porta , fortuna sono riusciti a barricarsi dentro e chiamare la polizia , segnalato all’host che nom ha mai risposto ..host assente ..state attenti ..non ci tornerei ..poteva finire in tragedia

A fuir très sale …

Cet établissement est très bien situé au centre de tout mais la propreté n y est pas du tout à fuir !!! malheureusement le canapé lit cassé le micro onde sale à l intérieur impossible de cuisiner et quand je leur signal ils lisent mais ps de retour. J ai quand même laver les serviette de bains où il y avait un cheveu blond.. je ne recommande pas du tt et la poussière sur le frigo la clim ne marche pas …. Et sans oublier le bruit des portes des conversations dans le couloir des voisins qui rentrent à pas d’heure …. Je suis très déçu c ets la première fois que ça se passe comme ça …. Malheureusement toutes les photos ne passent pas.
