Great place to stay for a visit of a few days.

Perfect location in the middle of the Ciutat Vella. Lots of restaurants and many of the main attractions of Valencia within walking distance.

Pillows were far too hard. Surprisingly crowded for a February visit. Getting popular!

An awesome home-away-from-home style apartment with everything you need at walking distance

We had a great stay in the penthouse apartment. Everything you need is available. The apartment was clean, spacious, well enough equipped. The city of Valencia is literally a footstep away. For a family of 5 or 6, this is an awesome place to stay and would recommend it to anyone for a citytrip.

If I'm nitpicking, the furniture is getting a bit worn or was never of very high quality. The TV is small. But generally, these are non-issues.

The smell was horrendous, constant smell of sewage. Unbearable. Also noisy neighbours, kids running around most of the night, the acoustics are very poor.

Great location in a clean and comfortable apartment.

Location was excellent. Close to restaurants, transport and sites. Heating was good. It was warm and cosy. The conceirge at the apartments was excellent, extremely helpful, nothing was a problem.

Great centrally located apartment in the old town. All amenities provided

The unit was clean and spacious with a full sized kitchen and bathroom. Great location in the old town close to Central Market and the Silk Museum. Seperate common laundry facilities open 24 hours. Working lift.

The only detraction was external to the building there is a late night radio club in the adjoining street which opens until around 3.30 am. We had difficulty sleeping due to the alcohol fueled conversations going on until closing time. Not loud music just loud joyous conversations. Out of the control of the building owner and somewhat expected in the heart of a Valencia.

Location was perfect ! The staffs were helpful with directions. The place fitted my family well. Wasn’t noisy at all wither. Had all the facilities except washing machine.

Beautiful apartment in the centre of old town. Lots of lovely bars and restaurants close by and places of interest within walking distance. We had a great balcony area with lovely seating and it was lovely and cool in the evening to sit out and chat. The apartment was very well equipped and comfortable.

Extremely disappointing - grossly overpriced for what it was.

Convenient location to town centre.

I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The building is quite old and feels very dated — nothing like the photos shown online, which were clearly misleading. The room looked worn out and in need of renovation. On top of that, it was extremely noisy throughout my stay. I could hear other guests, street noise, and even plumbing sounds, which made it very hard to sleep or relax. One bedroom overlooked guttering and plumbing whilst the other faced a brick wall; they were both in darkness all day. Overall, it did not meet my expectations at all, and I wouldn’t recommend it unless major improvements are made.

Clean and spacious apartment in great location

We loved clean and spacious apartment. It is located right in the heart of Valencia. Close to everything - landmarks, transport, shops, restarurants and cafes. There is reception desk and luggage room. Overall we had a very pleasant stay. Comparing to other places we stayed in - this one was the best. The street noise at night is present and it can affect people who are light sleepers. But the apartment has double glazed windows and closing them blocks all the noise.

One of the bathroom doors didn't have a working lock. And one of the beds was creaky.

I loved the outdoor balcony, you can see and hear the atmosphere of the streets around you. Also it was a hassle free check-in, we arrived after midnight so we just left ourselves in. This is a really classy apartment with loads of space. There was a beautiful Italian right beside it and very cheap. There are endless amounts of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Easy to get to and from Airport. We got the metro to Angel Guimera and then an 8 minute walk to the apartment.

The best thing about this property is its central location, which was a key factor for us when booking. However, our overall experience was disappointing. The room we were given was not what I expected based on the many photos shown on Booking.com I had pictured something different. That said, the room itself was comfortable enough. The property uses physical keys rather than keypads, which is fine, but at check-in we were not informed about what to do if we accidentally locked ourselves out or in case of an emergency. Unfortunately, this happened to us after going out for dinner,we realized we had left the key inside the room. We tried calling the property, emailing them, and even contacting Booking.com, but nothing worked. Eventually, we noticed a phone number in the key box for a locksmith who wanted to charge us €300 to open the door. We ended up calling around ourselves to find a more affordable solution, which was stressful, especially as we had to leave at 5 AM the next morning. Considering the inconvenience and lack of support, we feel the price was not worth it and would not recommend this property.

Th property was clean with plenty of space for 5 adults. The location was perfect for the old town and the air conditioning was a blessing when we came back from sight seeing.

There is no parking as part of the apartments or very near and parking in Valencia is very hard. We eventually found an underground car park near to the property but it would have been better if this was reccommended

It was clean, the location was great. Someone was always available in reception during the day for any questions or any extra help needed. Before visiting we had a few questions and each time we were met with a quick response which was great

Luxurious, central, nice terrace.

Location door on. Staff very friendly and helpful. Spoke excellent English. Very well stocked upon arrival with water and condiments etc.

Ended up having a cold shower twice. Was told we needed to wait 30 mins between showers which would be 2.5 hours if 5 people staying! Found out by accident that if you ran the water continually for 5 mins the water did run hot. Air con in top bedroom dripped water into TV which looked dangerous so switched it off.

This is probably the best accommodation we’ve ever had while on holiday. The apartment was exceptional, and the location was fabulous - right near the central market. We could not have asked for anything more. The staff were enormously helpful and the apartment was exceptionally well equipped.

The location is just supreme. The balcony and the views of the streets are impeccable. The parking is literally 200m away from the stay. The manager was extremely polite and helpful in all the requirements we stated.

It was very noisy at night being by a club/bar with people in the street early in the late night/eary morning. The drains were a little smelly, not enough to be awful & these are very old buildings, the smell soon cleared with windows open.

Great location but busy night spot!

It was spacious and secure. It was very close to lots of attractions in the old city. Lots of nice restaurants, cafes, bars on our doorstep.

It was very noisy at night. The bar next door didn’t close until 4am a few nights, and there were a lot of people on the street shouting etc This is a pity as the location is great but would not stay again for this reason, at least not without ear plugs!!

Would recommend. Just needs a little work

Location great for the Old Town and we walked to Calle Colon for main shops and shopping Centre (20mins tops). We also walked to the Oceanografic Centre (45mins). The Turia gardens approx 15 min walk. Apartment on 4th floor (lift) for 6 people was spacious with large outdoor terrace. Spiral staircase which might not be suitable for everyone.

Outdoor area basic and furniture needs TLC and tiles very slippy when wet (aircon leaked water). Has been a canopy over the sliding door but only metalwork remaining. This would have been very very useful as it was extremely hot during our visit. Shelter over one of the seating areas but when sun starts to set no shade making outdoors too hot to use. To summarise More Shelter, Maintenance and a few plants etc would make the space amazing.
