Great location, air conditioning needs to be fixed!

The apartment was clean and very close to the city center, next to Botanical gardens and cool bars.

The air conditioning wasn't working at all so we were basically freezing inside which wasn't pleasant at all. Also, there was a weird smell in the apartment but that could be sth infrastructural. The biggest problem was the cold.

Winter stay in Valencia

Perfect location close to the old town. Well-equipped one bedroom apartament. Wifi was decent. Easy check in and check out procedure.

Despite payment through booking there is a need to provide on external link one more time card in case of the damage.

Overall a good location, easy check-in, however cleanliness seems to be an issue.

The location was good, well furnished apartment, the check-in process was quick and efficient. Communication with the host was done easily via whatsapp, however response times were long.

The apartment was cleaned but not thoroughly [hair on the bed, socks from previous guests under the bed, grim areas and dusty shelves], our contact data, partial card details and personal details appeared in a data leak by the host and we got various phishing links and scams asking us to pay for miscellaneous things on top, i think older people would be prone to actually doing so. The host did warn us about scammers using their name to pose as them however the issue arises from the fact that the host does not secure their guests data securely [meaning that scammers can access them; they knew where we were staying, arrival date, how much we payed etc]. we could hear the baby crying in the apartment above us and many of the locks and windows were not well insulated or didnt work, we also had to pay a 200 eur deposit which we havent gotten back yet and there were many regulations to follow. also the kitchen only had 3 glasses and 3 forks and the water pressure alongside temperature was not good. The wifi connection also was not good at all and the balconies were about 1 sq meter and blocked by the A/C boxes.

A great located flat

The great location was the best feature.

The shower in the bathroom need to be updated. The placeholder for the shower was broken and it was not possible to move it. The water stream was going towards the wall, not the person in front of the shower.

Noisy trip

Good location, the only thing that was good on this apartment.

First of all, the given address in the booking is wrong. We travelled to the hotel in 34 temperature and the given location was wrong. Secondly, you have to put alot of personal information through the whatsapp to get the right location and passwords for the hotel ( this looked sketchy for me). Thirdly, the noises. You can hear everyone walking in the hotel, which disguised us alot ( think of hearing other people at night having fun, while you are trying to sleep) .

Great stay

Had no dealings with staff, we had no need to contact them. The apartment was clean and spacious. Close to city centre. Had air conditioning. Great place to stay.

Small issue with noise next door. You could hear the people next room to us talking and banging doors thinking the noise was coming from our apartment.. Otherwise the apartment was great.

Loved the outside area and the fact there were 2 bedrooms…. Was led to believe from the website it was 1 bedroom and a sofa bed.

Lack of information in the apartment and I didn’t get the key code. Had to ring for it and was told it had been sent, when it hadn’t. Asked 3 times.

The apartment is very pretty and spacious. The location is excellent.

The only downside is that the sleeping sofa is uncomfortable because it’s a bit worn out.

Disappointing

Very clean and easy check-in

Customer service has very poor response time. I am still waiting for their response regarding the bill. Also, When booking the reservation, initially it had a promotion discount but when checking out, it suddenly disappeared like magic and I paid more than expected. This is more a booking.com issue rather than the stay.

Wonderful Valencia

Clean,bright apartment in great location for everything.Local transport is so easy to use.We went to the beach and to a neighbouring village on the bus,it was cheap and easy.Lovely to walk to the Cathedral and great restaurants nearby.

Nothing major,perhaps a long mirror out of the bathroom and better towels.Please don't change the pillows they were great!

Cozy Central Apartment with a Few Flaws

Central location, comfortable beds, nice balcony, and self check-in. Really cozy place.

Didn't fully look as the pictures (but still alright), slow replies for questions, freezer needed a serious defrosting, and the toaster wasn't working properly, along with some outlets. Was not a problem from our end, but good to note that there is no elevator. So get ready to work those legs if you take a top apartment.

good location for restaurants, the old town and bus station

communal door in to the apartment was very noisy and used late at night and early morning. a car park door beneath our bedroom was noisy and used frequently at night and early morning. these two combined meant we were constantly woken up from our sleep. the apartment decor, furniture and facilities are basic to say the least.

The location was great, very central for getting into the City. Compact kitchen that had everything we required. Very comfortable bed in main bedroom. Air conditioning

The 4 flights of stairs up to our apartment! Was not aware there was not a lift. Noise travels very easily, door slamming & could hear people in adjoining apartment. Woken up at 3.00am on at least 3 nights by rowdy people next door. Communication with Singular Stays was a bit sporadic, did not get replies to all of my messages. On our outside space there were 4 chairs, however 1 was broken. We were not aware of this until my husband went to sit on it & landed on the floor. Fortunately he was not seriously injured. The broken chair should not have been there - please remove or fix it.

Great location - just outside the historical center. Two nice balconies, one of it with nice street view. Very comfortable couch. Good arrangement to get the key. Good Wi-Fi!

Perfect apartment to enjoy Valencia

Nice and comfortable apartment in a great location, perfect for a few days exploring Valencia. We stayed at one of the duplex apartments and enjoyed its terrace to relax under Valencia's sun. The bed was very comfortable.

The water pressure of the shower was really low, especially as the hot water tank was getting empty.

Great location but dirty apartment.

great location and spacious apartment for 1 family (2 adults and 2 kids). Singulair Stays was kind to let us deposit our luggage in their office until our apartment was ready for check-in.

Dirty place, we had to ask for a second cleaning. The TV was not working and even if we asked for details about this, we did not receive any.

the only good thing about this apartment is the location .

the apartment is tired & worn needs a revamp, I booked this apartment to accommodate 3 adults & 1 child , the sofa bed provided for 1 adult & child was dirty & very uncomfortable not acceptable to sleep on !!! we had to ring and ask for pillow cases for the bedding for the sofa bed , some of the pillows were dirty …. definitely would not stay here again.

Never think the penthouse stairs thru properly, this apartment has 64 stairs to climb before you put the key in the door, no lift, and with luggage it’s a real challenge, a consideration for some to consider.
