Location Flat had a kitchen well stocked with Kitchen roll and cleaning equipment near to supermarket for water wine beer etc Cafe across the street for breakfast

Kitchen had a coffee machine with supplies but machine didn’t work We told the staff but nothing happened so no coffee which would have been nice

An unforgettable stay with exceptional care, perfect amenities, and everything we needed for our fam

We had one of the most impressive and enjoyable stays of our lives. Parker’s amenities were exactly as described, and the level of care was truly unique. When we arrived, everything was perfectly prepared for our baby — a cot, bathtub, and baby seat were waiting for us. They also offered support channels that helped us with everything we needed in the city. The kitchen was the best equipped we’ve ever seen in an Airbnb, with thoughtful touches like oil and seasonings that are often missing in full kitchens. The Wi-Fi worked flawlessly throughout our stay. We would definitely come back anytime!

Nice apartments near metro station and old town

Clean and comfortable apartments in a nice area of Valencia. Even though we booked one without balcony they gave us a nice and very spacious room. They were very thoughtful and gave mini gifts for our children , a baby toiletries and bathtub ( I said we don’t need one but it was nice having it because we ended up using it) . A high chair and a cot were provided as per our request. The kitchen was fully equipped with also cleaning products. The staff was very nice and friendly, the building is located in an area full of supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars. Only 3 minutes walk from the Angel Guimera metro station and 10 minutes walk from the old town and the Central Market, 15 min from Turia park areas for childern . Highly recommended!!!

Hardware and software suboptimal hotel

Facility: Shower booth was tiny. Really hard to use it. Water pressure and dispense was out of control and splash all over. Staff: Not attentive at all. Parking: My vehicle was mid size SUV and does not fit to hotel parking. Detoured to nearby place. Check in: Hotel and parking entrance located busy corner. Staff did not help unloading of my luggages stayng his desk give it to me info sheet of another parking place. No hospitality. No welcoming.

The apartments were extremely clean, well equipped in a good location just 10 minutes walk from the main areas, local supermarket down the bottom of the road. The reception staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and always available. Nothing was too much bother.

Lovely clean apartments, perfect comfortable base from which to explore Valencia.

We stayed in April 2025 with our 9 month old baby. The apartment was all set up for us with a travel cot, high chair, baby bath and a cute little box of baby shampoo/lotion/bubble bath. The bed was large and comfortable. The kitchen facilities were perfect for what we needed to do some light cooking and the fridge to store drinks, snacks etc and a great little dishwasher because who wants to hand-clean dishes on holidays! We had a nice little balcony to sit on, it didn’t get the sun at any time of day but we didn’t mind that because it was good to keep the baby in the shade. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, especially as we were there during the nationwide power cut on 28 April and they did their best to help all of the guests despite having no electricity, WiFi etc. The apartment was cleaned every third day with sheets & towels changed which was frequent enough for us and you could get fresh towels etc from reception if needed. We had no complaints and would highly recommend.

The location was perfect for us but for others it might not be the most central, but it was a short walk to the main markets etc and there were a few small supermarkets & cafes on the main street beside the building. Sometimes there was a bit of excess noise from the street eg. motorbikes, trash trucks etc, but nothing that the proprietors could have controlled.

It was a nice apartment but the tv was weirdly placed. The location is good and easy to access.

No housekeeping and we had to go at the reception twice to get coffee pods. Parking was 14 euros per night.

The flat was amazing but the stuff - especially Valentina - was unique. Valentina was super super helpful, kind and professional. She provided us with every information we needed, always with a smile. Once again, thank you lots!

Great base to explore Valencia

Great location on the edge of the historic centre close to Angel Guimera Metro. Friendly, helpful staff especially Alejandro and Daniela. I'd happily stay there again.

Not a negative just something to be aware of. The patio door can't be opened from the outside so don't close it after you or you'll be locked out.

Good location, parking was good, we had large car and managed to get a good spot in cat park. We arrived early and room was ready so checked in. Had issues with air con sorted another room quickly and refunded us as we went from a Balcony to no balcony

The staff were very friendly and respectful and the location was very good and easy to access.

Shower, we have to waste couple of towels to dry the bathroom right after taking a very carefully showers because there is no shower door or anything else to stop water from splashing, no matter how careful you take shower and as a result the bathroom door is getting rotten from inside quite badly and soon should be replaced.
