The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was spacious. Hotel was brilliantly located near the tourist attractions and next to the metro which was handy as well.

Nothing - the stay was perfect.

Great location- just 10 minutes walk to old city. Staff super friendly and helpful. Large well equipped room - complete with fridge and coffee machine. Coffee pods replenished upon request. Very comfortable bed and air conditioning worked well.

Room could have been better designed. Space between bed and closet was super small. Bathroom sink didn’t drain well but this was reported upon check out so hopefully was rectified before next guests arrived. Parking could be challenging if you have a mid sized SUV and are not very skilled.

The smart TV did not work but given as we were out of the house all day we didnt care. But when we came home, we relied on our phone

I got a free upgrade to a penthouse duplex apartment with a fabulous balcony overlooking the beautify treelined street. It was a lovely surprise and elevated our stay. The location was chosen because it was close to a venue we were attending but it was great that the old town was just around the corner too. 10 mins walk from the train station, 5 mins to the venue!! Idea for us. The apartment was supplied with all the kitchen supplies needed for a few nights stay (we just stayed 1 night), the balcony had furniture to enjoy the sun and have breakfast outside, very comfortably appointed accommodations. The staff on reception were lovely at check-in and check-out.
