Really nice apartment, will go back again.

The staff was very nice, the location was very good, walking distance from the center. The apartment was very nice and clean. The parking was also very good to have as it’s not possible to park on the street. We really liked the apartment.

It’s good to have a lot of beds but the rooms are quite small and we can’t move much in them. Otherwise the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The water when taking a shower was going from hot to cold and that was not pleasant specially during the winter.

Spacious and well located.

Bedrooms a little cramped for space. Bathrooms smelled damp and the showers were stained with mildew/limescale build up. Kitchen needs more wine glasses and tea towels ((4 wine glasses in an apartment for 10 people and only one small tea towel provided).

Valencia on top

The apartment is near to Turia park, the Old town (10min walk), to main bus nr95 which is going to the beach, Museum of Science, Arts, Oceanarium. Patricia and Omar informed us on everything which we asked. We arrived much earlier than the check-in and we could leave safely all of our baggages at the reception. Without requesting we received a parasol for of our stay. The apartment is amazing on the 6th floor. There is an elevator. Beds are excellent and bed rooms well separated. The floor plan of the apartment was excellent. Air conditioning in each rooms except the kitchen.

Sometimes during the night you can hear the elevator.

Bright big and beautiful

Photos don't do it justice. It's really a bright big and gorgeous apartment. Parking is a little tricky a few streets away. Friendly staff let us check in early which is super helpful when with a sleepy baby! Great location close to old town.

We had a great time and would definitely recommend!!

The apartment that we had was spacious and very comfortable. Everything was clean and nothing was missing at all. The location of the apartments is right on the border of the Cuitat Vella which is great! All of the staff were really nice and explained the local attractions.

Our apartments were right above the bins outside so you could sometimes smell the rubbish.

Nice appartment with plenty of place located in the city centre and at the Turia park. Right at the street coffee/bakery + supermarket + bike rental

Little noise coming from the elevator, but we just moved to other room and problem was solved. Two rooms are situated to the calm side, no elevator noise there

The lift was too small and barely accessible. The level of steps keeps changing and are a tripping hazard. To avoid this there should be signs to avoid tripping.

The location. Is at 10-15’ walk from the old town The apartment had many beds (6-7)

super noisy - both from construction & remodeling going on during our stay AND from fellow guests who did not respect the quiet hours

But outdated and there where security cameras inside the apartment which we were not informed about. This is a breach of our privacy. Fortunately we noticed immediately and covered the lenses, but who knows if there were more or if audio was recorded
