Lovely Stay in the heart of Valencia

We liked it a lot! Close to BioParc, close to city center... we actually walked around a lot! Large, nice, rooms. You had everything you needed

In one of the bathrooms there was a not so nice smell... probably from the sewerage.

Appartamento consigliatissimo per gruppi o famiglie.

Appartamento molto carino, spazioso e ben arredato che ti offre dei buonissimi servizi. Posizionato a 5 minuti in macchina dal centro in un quartiere molto tranquillo e vicino ad un centro commerciale dove puoi trovare il supermarket. Appartamento dotato di aria condizionata (fondamentale per me) e ben illuminata durante il giorno. Cucina ben attrezzata. I proprietari sempre disponibili e gentili a rispondere a qualsiasi tuo chiarimento. Istruzioni per accedere all'appartamento molto chiare.

L'odore che c'era nelle scale. Purtroppo all'ingresso e nelle scale c'era questo odore poco gradevole. Per il resto tutto ok.

La casa è molto grande, pulita, la cucina è ben fornita. Siamo stati in 8 e siamo stati molto bene.

Purtroppo dopo un giorno è saltata la corrente elettrica, dal pomeriggio ed è stata ristabilita solo la sera alle 11. Inoltre in casa c'era solo un telo doccia a testa, troppo poco.

Appartamento bellissimo, stanze perfette, bagno grandi, locali luminosi. Presente tutto l’occorrente per cucinare, manca la macchina del caffè ma c’è la moka, lavatrice ed asciugatrice impeccabili, tutto molto nuovo. Perfetta per stare in gruppo

Ascensore presente ma prima va fatta una rampa di scale per raggiungerlo

Odlicna lokacija, parkin je u zoni nije tesko naci mesto, ima ispred zgrade mesto za ostavljanje stvari. Odlican smestaj, jako prostran u mirnoj zoni, restoran prekoputa smestaja, pijaca jako blizu.

Imali smo problema oko ulaza u app. ali je domacin bio jako ljubazan pa smo taj problem resavali putem wats up.

- Muy amplio y cómodo, perfecto para un grupo grande. La cocina bien equipada, incluso con lavadora y secadora - Muy buena ubicación, bien conectado con el centro, playa, Bioparc y Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias - Supermercados, bares y restaurantes en los alrededores - Anfitriones simpáticos y muy dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento.

El apartamento en esta época (diciembre) es frío a pesar de estar equipado con equipos de climatización.
