Nice and very clean apartment in the city centre

Everything was great. Apartment is situated in the city centre but not in the crowded street. Interior is very clean and beautiful and contains everything you need. Bed is very comfortable. Host was very nice and helpful. :)

Even the fact that the apartment is situated in not very crowded street during night we heard a noise from the outside.

October break

The location was fantastic, central to all the bars and restaurants in the old town. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The terrace overlooking the rooftops was charming and lovely for breakfast and early evening drinks.

The shower flooded the bathroom after each use making it very sippery. The decking on the terrace was in very poor condition and potentially dangerous although this was pointed out by the host so we were aware.

Lovely apartment walking distance to everything.

Fantastic position in a quiet laneway. Walkable to all the sights. The market was a short walk away. We loved the space and the beautiful court yard. Most incredible tapas bar seconds up the road. Great communication.

Minor things -Couch was peeling and needs replacing. Not much privacy in bathroom adjacent to living area - frosted glass with a gap. Ok with a partner but not a third person.

Loved the comfortable, clean and well situated apartment.

We loved our stay in our apartment. It’s right in the middle of town and close to everything we need. The beds are comfortable, bathrooms are clean and we have all the kitchen utensils we need in case we decide to cook which was very rarely since there’s a lot of affordable restaurants to eat at. Internet was good and there’s enough towels for everybody. My only suggestion is maybe they can provide airconditioning in each room as even at night time it gets so hot in the bedroom a fan isn’t sufficient enough to cool the room down. We really appreciate the cleanliness, comfort and the beauty of the apartment though and will definitely book again hopefully before summer next time.

Great stay in a perfectly located apartment in the old town

The location was excellent, supermarket 2 min walk away, tram stop to get to the beach 10 min walk away, near loads of bars and restaurants. Having a bottle of water and coffee pods was a great touch. Maria was excellent telling us how to get around.

Very enjoyable and a very good host.

A lovely apartment with a nice courtyard at the back to enjoy a glass of wine on an evening. The host met us when we arrived. We were given everything we needed including recommendations for good restaurants etc. Very enjoyable

There was only one thing that we didn't like and that was the noise in the early hours of the morning from groups of people walking past, particularly on our last night. I suppose this is the price we have to pay for being in a central location and it didn't spoil our stay.

Beautifully restored, spotless, smelt very fresh, comfy beds, well located with squares just round the corner. Sofa bed in front room was perfect as an extra bedroom, the top bedroom above the dining room was an mezzanine with limited head height, nice space probably more suitable for an older kid/teen, might not be for everyone. Plenty of space. Really quiet.

A lovely apartment in a fab location - very helpful host.

Great location. Close to a fab area but without being in a noisy area. Comfortable beds and pillows. Nice terrace. Maria, our host, was incredibly helpful in organising a taxi for us for our flight home. Thank you Maria!

Lovely apartment in a great location

Very clean property, well presented and in a great location in the old town (very close to supermarket, cafes, restaurants, bars and within easy walking distance of many attractions). We had the top floor apartment with a terrace, which was nice for lunch and afternoon drinks in the sunshine. The hosts, María and her brother, were lovely and very helpful and we were able to leave our luggage in storage prior to a late return flight.

There is no lift and lots of narrow steps up to the apartment so a reasonable level of fitness/mobility is required.

We loved the property! It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for 3 night stay. The air conditioning was working perfectly fine with 38 degree heat outside when we visited. Maria was very friendly and welcoming.

Very good location. Well decorated apartment comfortable beds and good kitchen and bathrooms. We had the penthouse suite and loved the extra room upstairs and outdoor decking area!

Not a major problem but there was no lift and had to hike 3 suitcases up 3 flights of stairs. May be a hindrance if your cases are large and heavy.

Superb hosts Fab location in the old town less than a 10 min walk to the mercado.Arranged Airport transfer and lots of local recommendations.Well placed for walking to major sites. You won't find better value for money nearby.

Oranges (and lemons

The apartment was in a great location close to the Torres Serran in the old quarter within easy walking distance of all the main sites, as well as numerous bars, restaurants and a supermarket. Arcadi kindly arranged to meet us after an early flight and let us drop off our luggage until the apartment was ready. He also gave us tips on places to eat. Air conditioning was good, and very welcome. Just right for 2 people for a short break in lovely Valencia.

Would have liked a kettle to make tea rather than boiling water in a pan, but we coped! The sofa wasn’t particularly comfortable and one of the chairs was a bit tatty but, as we were out of the apartment a lot of the time, these are minor observations.

It smelled badly like toilet. We had about 2 minutes of hot water in total for a group of 4. The upper toilet did not flush properly.

AMAZING STAY IN VALENCIA

The apartment was very beautiful and modern. It has everything you need for your stay. The location is right in the city centre and you can walk everywhere. The value for money is 10/10. The host was also very helpful and gave us great recommendations for our stay. I would definitely recommend it.

I don't have negative comments about the place - maybe lack of nature light due to the location in the back of the building which doesn't allow the light to come though - so it's permanently dark despite the little backyard
