The location is perfect to do sightseeing at the old town. It's really in the center and you can access the vibrant city at all times of the day. The duplex apartment we stayed in was super interesting and charming, with an ancient wall and cool interior decoration. We loved the mezzanine; it adds a lot of character to the whole space. The apartment has all details one needs for a comfortable stay.
Our host was a bit on the 'harsh' side when he warned us about no partying and no breaking items in the apartment. I'm sure they must have had a lot of negative experiences with partying groups, but we are a group of middle aged adults & two kids :) not the usual crazy party people, so it might make sense to tone it down a little.

Everything was great. Apartment is situated in the city centre but not in the crowded street. Interior is very clean and beautiful and contains everything you need. Bed is very comfortable. Host was very nice and helpful. :)
Even the fact that the apartment is situated in not very crowded street during night we heard a noise from the outside.

The location was fantastic, central to all the bars and restaurants in the old town.
The apartment was spacious and comfortable.
The terrace overlooking the rooftops was charming and lovely for breakfast and early evening drinks.
The shower flooded the bathroom after each use making it very sippery.
The decking on the terrace was in very poor condition and potentially dangerous although this was pointed out by the host so we were aware.
