The location is really perfect. The view was fantastic and I believe is the best spot in Valencia.
The air conditioner was not properly working. It was too small for the whole house and the heat was intense. While I understand that weather can’t be controlled, the air conditioner is definitely too less for the apartment. The remote control also did not worked, we changed the battery but still did not worked.

I really enjoyed the excellent central location, with easy access to all the main attractions, restaurants, shops, and public transport. The apartment was clean, comfortable, well equipped, and felt very much like a home away from home. The staff were also incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly throughout my stay.
Being in such a central location, there was some outside noise late at night. This is to be expected in a lively city area, and it didn’t affect my overall enjoyment of the stay.

Apartamento que a pesar de sus vistas si vas con un coche necesitas saber que no se puede aparcar en la calle en las inmediaciones del mismo, horas buscando parqueo fuera del centro o tienes que pagar un parqueo de la ciudad que se encuentra en el mercado central, además necesita mantenimiento y necesita buena limpieza
El problema del parqueo, el baño necesita mantenimiento, el colchón hundido de una de las dos camas. La lavadora no centrifuga bien, la ducha se estanca el agua… Obra en construcción al lado por lo que hay mucho polvo.
