Newly renovated apartment, located in an unbeatable area. Ideal to walk and to know the historical Valencia and the Valencia more cultural and animated. Live in the heart of the city.
The 52 m² apartment consists of living room, kitchen, bathroom and a main room. It has all the appliances to facilitate your stay: microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer, iron, hair dryer, TV 40 ', DVD player, MP3, ... as well as the necessary household for 4 people. It also has a sofa bed.
The apartment being in the attic allows us to savor the light of the Mediterranean.
Forget about the car, just get lost in the streets, squares and corners of the most popular neighborhood in Valencia. And if you want to move you have an endless number of possibilities using public transport.

Super stylish apartment right in the center of Valencia. Many of the sights are in walking distance. Tony is a very friendly and helpfull host who has many informations for you.

The unit is fairly small, but despite my worries, it worked out perfectly. Ideal location in the old town. Great stay!

We stayed in this lovely cozy apartment, perfect for the two of us, over Fallas weekend. It was perfectly situated, close to everything, yet a bit away from the squares so not wall to wall people at the door. Tons of restaurants and cafes close by. Toni was excellent with communication, apartment well appointed, great bed. Did not use the washer/dryer or go tp the terrace, so cannot comment on those. Very satisfied, would return.
