This modern house enjoys a magnificent balcony that you can enjoy all year round thanks to the great climate of this city. It has three bedrooms and can accommodate eight people, since in the living room has a sofa that converts to a double bed. Bright and cozy, fully equipped and with the possibility of a garage space in a building nearby.
This apartment has the perfect location: in the historic centre of the city of Valencia, specifically up the street from the Mercado Central. Today it is both an important space for the sale of fresh produce, as well as a great cultural and touristic attraction for foreign visitors and even for the Valencians themselves. Within walking distance, you will find the Plaza de la Virgen and its cathedral, as well as an infinity of restaurants and hotels. The lungs of the city are at a short 15-minute walk away, los Jardines del Turia, the old river bed that goes through the city west to east, from the Bioparc to the City of Arts and Sciences.

L'appartamento riservato mi è piaciuto molto e rispetta perfettamente foto e descrizione. Spazioso, luminoso, caldo, accogliente nel mobilio, funzionale e corredato di piccolo terrazzo che ti permette di stare anche all'aperto. Ottima la scelta di 2 bagni per 4 persone (non facile da trovare). Posizione strategica e centralissima dalla quale puoi arrivare ovunque a piedi e vicinissimo a supermercato. Personale gentile e disponibile, risposte immediate. Check-in e Check-out flessibili in base alle ns. esigenze di orario arrivo e partenza. Completamente soddisfatta del servizio di Singular Stays!!! Grazie ancora
Per noi italiani la caffettiera o la macchina espresso è fondamentale. Noi l'abbiamo comprata il giorno stesso dell'arrivo....nessun problema ma è un suggerimento.
