Good price, good location

Location was great for my needs. The rooms are basic and so are the amenities but for the price it was exactly what I expected.

The bathrooms could use a little “love” - they are perfectly clean and usable, but maybe in need of some attention.

Room 10 is smoky and shit !

Clean draps and bed. But very hot inside room and no fresh air at all. Ventilator (of course not air conditioner) is big but slow. Really for 60 euros per night in hot June its worst my experience in Valencia for last 3 visits (in Jan, Mar and now in June).

Room number 10 probably is the worst in this apartment. Window with inside not view but smelly hole(. Though its stated as non smoking it was impossible to sleep because of smoke smell..Bathroom and kitchen are ok, even big refrigerator). Smoked room, no electric kettle to boil water for coffee ? !)

Cheap.. no AC and cheap no functioning fan…

Cheapest one available. Single bed mattress was comfy enough. Quite clean.

It’s super basic (which I knew). But there is no AC and it has a fan… the fan given was old, dirty and cheap.. and did not have the ability to cool a person down even at night. Made a complaint, nothing done about it. If the owner reads this… please buy new FANS! Don’t be so tight!

A central room for really short-term accommodation

+ The location of the facility is good + It is close to the center and there is a bus stop in front of it. Public transportation in the city is very sufficient + There is an elevator in the facility and it works + There is a kitchen. Other guests did not eat the products we put in the refrigerator + There is wifi and it works well + The facility offers rooms of a house to be used by different guests. There is a lock on the door of the rooms and we did not encounter any negative situations. + You receive a code for check-in and they tell you where to get the key. Communication was good. + When we arrived, they gave us 2 large towels and 1 small towel. But they were not very clean. :( + Toilet paper was also given

- The water flow in the bathroom was not very good. I did not feel comfortable taking a shower. - The bathroom floor was dirty. - There were stoves, ovens, etc. in the kitchen, but they were not working very well. Maintenance is needed - The bed is not very comfortable - There was also a sofa in the room, but it was really dirty - There were 3 sockets in the room, but when I plugged in and unplugged a charger, the socket would come out. This is very dangerous.

Location is fine. bed is very good, quite firm with clean sheets & towels. Wall plugs are well positioned. No bedlight.

It's what it offers. For me no place to stay too long during the day. btw can not figure how to /easily/ leave appartment in case of emergency, perhaps I missed something.

Excellent location to stay with a walking distance to everywhere.

The workers where very nice and gives help whenever needed. The place was clean and what i liked most was the location of the facility. It is very close to the city center and most historic sites.

Pleasant

The location was good. You can easily walk anywhere. The bed was quite comfortable. The room didn't have aircon but the fan was ok. They supply you with extra toilet paper. The check in process was easy and the host has thought about what's easy. Photos etc.. The host seems responsible even though we didn't meet.

The water pressure is terrible. However, it's ok for a shower. The other people smoked in their room so the smell permiated all over the flat. The washing machine didn't work. The bathroom needs renovating. The shower head keeps falling off the wall so. It's broken. The price is too much and the location doesn't justify it.

SIMPLY AWFUL

It was simply awful to stay here in this bad smelling dirty hole with wooden cover instead of normal glass window, disgusting "view" and dirty bed linen. More than, the owner didn't care at all when I contacted him because of safety reasons. I would NEVER come back to this place!!!

Fine for short stay

The close proximity of the accommodation to the prime city centre is the main advantage of the stay. It’s also very conveniently placed near the subway going to the airport. The common areas (kitchen and bathroom) are nice and provide all necessary amenities - they are also very clean. In 3 nights I haven’t encountered anyone else staying at the apartment, so you are quite private there.

The room was as basic as it can get. A simple solo bed, couch and nonfunctional TV, which doesn’t really give you any relaxing vacation feeling, but is fine for a short stay. The room also lacked heating, so it was almost freezing during the night.
