I was able to check in early. And the location was excellent.

Location was great for my needs. The rooms are basic and so are the amenities but for the price it was exactly what I expected.
The bathrooms could use a little “love” - they are perfectly clean and usable, but maybe in need of some attention.

+ The location of the facility is good
+ It is close to the center and there is a bus stop in front of it. Public transportation in the city is very sufficient
+ There is an elevator in the facility and it works
+ There is a kitchen. Other guests did not eat the products we put in the refrigerator
+ There is wifi and it works well
+ The facility offers rooms of a house to be used by different guests. There is a lock on the door of the rooms and we did not encounter any negative situations.
+ You receive a code for check-in and they tell you where to get the key. Communication was good.
+ When we arrived, they gave us 2 large towels and 1 small towel. But they were not very clean. :(
+ Toilet paper was also given
- The water flow in the bathroom was not very good. I did not feel comfortable taking a shower.
- The bathroom floor was dirty.
- There were stoves, ovens, etc. in the kitchen, but they were not working very well. Maintenance is needed
- The bed is not very comfortable
- There was also a sofa in the room, but it was really dirty
- There were 3 sockets in the room, but when I plugged in and unplugged a charger, the socket would come out. This is very dangerous.

"Excellent location in the 6th floor and in our room the windows were not exposed to sun. Kitchen with filtered water though we drank from the tap too. Shared bathroom was easy to use. Highly recommend..."
