Great option for a short stay

I stayed at a 8 bed room and I had no issues. Great location. Friendly receptionists.

2 bathroom sinks for the whole floor, where in the morning it was occupied with all girls. Kitchen closes at 22:30, so no access to the fridge as well.

A great location and an ideal place if you’re only staying for a few days

Great location, beds were ok and showers were an ok size. All rooms had aircon which was always on

Had to fight with the front door with both keys, got put in the wrong room which had no plugs next to the beds but one. When asked to move rooms they blamed the system for the mix up of rooms and we had to leave the one we was in and re check in at normal time, we was unable to shower or change because of this. When re checking in we was told we would have to do the same thing again by leaving a room to move into one expecting to re check in. There is no quiet time so people were loud and inconsiderate at 12-1am. Most of the staff were ok but will ask if you speak English and continue to talk in Spanish. The showers were cold the first couple of days and had nowhere to change or hang anything. Overall wasn’t very happy with the stay.

Good hostel

The hostel itself was good, the location was good and we liked the room and most of the common areas. It was nice that they let us leave our luggage after check out for free, the staff there was very friendly. Also, late check in 24/7 is available which is one of the reasons we chose this hostel.

The bathrooms were very cold and the check in instructions weren't exactly as described but we managed to get in late at night. Also, they didn't send us check in instructions until we reminded them again at the last moment, so we were worried if they will send us instructions at all - but they sent them finally so it was okay. The price was a bit high for us but prices are higher everywhere due to the inflation, so I guess that doesn't really depend on the hostel. Generally, we are happy, these are just some recommendations for improvements that can be done.

Horrible rooms! An very old room that just have bunk beds. There are no power outlets near the bed, and barely in the room in total there is like 2 3 of them for 6 people room!! Lockers in the size of small small backpack that you can't put anything inside... The reception only working during the day until 8pm, and you checkin in the entrance of a restaurant... In the first floor the toilets and showers looks very new, in the second floor - horrible, and look like yeara years nobody renovate anything there

Great price per value

After reading some negative reviews, I was a bit worried. But the place was actually really nice. Looked like in pictures. It has a great location in Valencia. The room was clean and big. It was obviously quite recently renovated. Comfy beds. White bed sheets, comfy pillows. Nice staff. The lounge where you have breakfast looks really good with comfy sofas.

The bathroom doors and tiles need renovation. But the bathroom was cleaned daily so it's ok.

Mercedes was very helpful and gave us the code so we could get to the hostel late after our train. She also gave us a lot of good recommendations. The beds were made when we arrived and every thing was very clean.

Pleasant

There's air conditioner on at night time in all the rooms. There are lockers within the rooms (no locks included though).

Some staff members were not punctual. The common kitchen was meant to be open at 8AM but ended up being opened at almost 8:15. For some travellers those 15 minutes might be their only time to get breakfast... The kitchen is locked from 22:00-00:00 to 8AM. This hostel lacks common areas save for the kitchen on the first floor. Rooms barely had plugs. There were only 3 toilets and 3 showers on a floor which had 5/6 shared bedrooms, and they were not precisely clean. Some staff members could do better.
