Horrible stay at Casa de La Luz

Nothing at all apart from leaving

The fact that it was not advertised properly. It was never specified that the bathroom was shared. Air-conditioning is only in the living which was also not specified. I sent an email with a question and i was very rudely replied to do. Loads of dirt under the bed. Dry blood on bathroom floor. 24 hour reception never to be seen. Phone was not answered after 2 messages and 1 phone call prior and upon arrival but was let in by the cleaner by mistake.
