Accomidations as expected, host was responsive...dissapointed in another guest, as we shared a bath. He was the exception to what we have found in the past and left it in a mess, whenever using it. Kept me from leaving perfect scores. Before and after that guest, the room was perfect.

Nice facilities and great host.

Convenient location (walked to and from the train station) and a great host. My train got in late and he was able to accommodate me. I was there in July and definitely used the fan and opened the windows to cool the place down. No air conditioner in room. Kitchen includes everything you need including coffee and snacks. There are three individual rooms and a common bathroom. Noise from the other rooms was nominal and most followed the common room hours. A nice step up from a hostel.

Alejandro, the host, was wonderfully accommodating! He offered us advice on getting the best experience out of Las Fallas and we could contact him any time with questions. It is a nice apartment! Close to the city center, clean, and spacious! There is a shared bathroom, but there are only 3 rooms in the apartment, so you get a decent amount of privacy, especially if you book more than one room for your group. We were very satisfied with our stay!

Alessandro is a person very attentive to the well-being of his guests at every moment of their stay: at check-in he personally provides all the instructions for living well in his home, he personally takes care of the cleaning and maintenance of the house every day, offers the possibility of have breakfast for free in the bar in front of the house. The apartment with some shared areas (kitchen and bathroom) with two other guests is located on the sixth floor away from the traffic of the avenue and is well heated.

Great time in Valencia in November

Alexandro is a great host, friendly and flexible. He cleaned a premise and changed the towels dally. A location is perfect, close to sightseeings and historical center of the city. 15-20 minutes walking from Nord Railway station. Free coffee and tee in a room, kitchen to cook upon your wish, fridge for your meal. And free coffee and croissant in the morning in a cafe across a road

Be aware, this is not a hotel. If you expect for a silence, this is not your case.

Superb

Alejandro was an amazing host. Times to check in and out were flexible, and I could drop my luggage there until I left for my flight. Overall price-quality ratio was good. Central location and a room having the basics you need when spending time little time there exploring the city.

Clean and adequate for a stopover.

The room was clean as was the shared bathroom. The host, Alex, was very friendly and understanding about my delayed arrival due to an accident. He came back later to do the check-in and make sure I was ok, which I appreciated. Cold bottled water and biscuits were provided in the shard kitchen. There are cooking facilities if you need them. In the morning I received a text about a guest breakfast at a nearby cafe, but I'd already been out for breakfast, so maybe ask when you check-in. Perfectly nice and adequate for a short stay.

No air-conditioning, but it wasn't advertised with it so I can't complain about that.

I had a great time in Valencia thanks to eXperience Rooms

Alexandro was a Great host, all the time worried about how to make my stay there more comfortable. Really clean and calm. The location was ok, 15 mins walking to the city center. He kept my luggage all the day after the checking time and I could even get a shower. :)

the elevator was very small and slow, and the location could be better. No air conditioner but I had a good fan just for me.
