Nice room with decent bathroom comfortable bed

The size of the bathroom it was surprisingly big in comparison with the rest of the room. Having a fridge to put stuff there was handy. It was no so close to the city center or beaches but it was close to buses and tram stations to move around.

The walls between rooms were not to thick so it was relatively easy to listen other rooms, so I would recommend to bring to ear plug if you have problems sleeping. In my case it was not too bad but i guess it would depend a lot in the other guests.

Nice accommodation

I was staying at this place for 10 days and all I can say: thank you! Everything was prepared for my stay, very clean and convenient to access. What’s more, the owner of this place is extremely polite, friendly and cheerful. She always asked me if everything was ok, how my vacations were going, maybe something was missing etc. I traveled solo and felt really comfortable and safe in this place. Also the location itself is nice, most of the necessary shops are at hand, you can use bus easily or direct tram and go to the beach without any obstacles. In my opinion, the location is 10/10 taking into account the price/affordability/service.

Maybe there was a slight noise from the street, however, it didn’t bother me that much.

Everything was clean and there was a great staff. The room was very comfortable and there were new sheets and towels.

At night, it’s not the best neighborhood if you aren’t street smart. Might be uncomfortable for some people.

Struttura pulita, camera molto piccola, isolamento scarso.

La struttura in se stesa è pulita, mantenuta bene. C'è piccola cucina comune con elettrodomestici necessari. La posizione centrale, fermate bus si trovano a pocchi passi.

I muri della struttura sembrano essere in cartone, si sente ogni piccolo rumore, anche da fuori , chiunque passa sembra di averli con te in camera. Il bagno privato che era a incirca 30 metri distante dalla camera è senza riscaldamento. Invece la camera dove soggiornavo io era circondata da tutte le due parti dai bagni di altre camere a fianco, sia rumore sia odore che mi entrava in camera , mi ha fatto passare la vacanza in tanta "allegria".

La limpieza del lugar y la facilidad del check in. La ubicación es muy buena y de fácil acceso. En el área común todo está muy cuidado. Con todo lo que hace falta para un desayuno o merienda en casa. El baño está muy bien, es cómodo y moderno.

Solo la acústica, se escucha en la habitación el ruido de las habitaciones o el baño contiguo.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, struttura nuova, materasso e cuscino che non mi hanno fatto rimpiangere il mio letto, angolo cucina in condivisione, disponibilità di biciclette, ben collegato al centro con i mezzi pubblici, ottima comunicazione e disponibilità dell''host, Irlanda.

Suggerisco di posizionare una piccola mensola sul lato della finestra a fianco del letto per compensare l'assenza di un secondo comodino e l'aggiunta di un porta rotolo nel bagno. Inoltre, per me che sono piccoletta, le barre appendiabiti sono posizionate ad una altezza inaccessibile, basterebbe abbassarle di 10 cm per rendere tutto più agevole.

La cama es amplia

El barrio está demacrado , la ubicación es mala , está a pie de calle y no puedes abrir ni las cortinas ni la ventana , hay un motor dentro de la habitación de hace ruido continuamente ( una tortura ) el cuarto parece de una cárcel con un lavamanos diminuto ,no tiene ni una lámpara , ni espejo , solamente el del baño de medio cuerpo , tiene solo una mesita de noche y es risa , dentro de la habitación se queda una luz de emergencia encendida , dice que tiene TV pero te las tienes que instalar tú con una alargadera que te dejan , no lo recomiendo nada

Non solo il centro storico..

Stanza pulita, con tutti i servizi necessari; letto molto comodo. Situato a circa 30 minuti a piedi ,dal centro storico e' adatto per chi vuole visitare la città . Nei pressi dellas struttura sono disponibili autobus, un po' più distanti la metto . Consigliata la proprietaria sempre disponibile .

Una estafa y pérdida de dinero

Pues no me gusto en primer lugar que en el anuncio dice cosas muy diferentes. No existe la plancha de la ropa, no existe la televisión. Es una habitación compartida. Vimos cucarachas dos noches que a pesar de que pone que hay servicio de habitaciones en 6 días me limpiaron una vez y porque yo sé lo pedí. Un desastre. No me dieron el wifi hasta el 3º día.

Schön uns simples Zimmer, aber man hatte trotzdem alles was man braucht. Das Personal hat auch regelmäßig geantwortet und war super freundlich! Der Fahrradverleih lohnt sich auch sehr.

Die Wände sind eher dünner, aber das hat uns persönlich nicht so gestört.

Reformado y cómodo. Cama cómoda y buen equipamiento de zonas comunes con nevera con balda para cada habitación y menaje y algún otro electrodoméstico

Un poco alejado del centro. El aire acondicionado no enfría. Funciona como ventilador que mueve el aire. Pones una temperatura y se queda en 30 grados por lo que en pleno agosto tienes que tenerlo todo la noche encendido para poder dormir mínimamente. Durante el día aún estando con las ventanas abiertas hace demasiado calor dentro de la habitación.

Lo primero de todo es el barrio ya que no es nada seguro, de hecho el día que dejamos el alojamiento había seis coches de policía nacional en la puerta que nos permitieron salir seguros de ahí y que había una fuerte pelea. Está muy bien que tengan baños para minusválidos pero nosotros no pedimos ese tipo de habitación, había bastante ruido por las noches de algún aparato que se conectaba automáticamente el cual nos hemos ido sin saber cuál es, nos dejaron solo un rollo de papel higiénico, no había nada para sujetar la ducha, falta de muebles o más estanterías para guardar la ropa, la limpieza tampoco ha sido algo de lo que más destaque con sábanas con pelotillas y pelos. La cerradura no es nada segura para dejar las pertenencias dentro El precio es de risa comparado con lo que se ofrece: mala ubicación, espacio pequeño y servicios regulares.

Endroit propre, très bon échanges avec l’hôte, lit confortable. Malgré le bruit j’ai passé un très bon séjour.

Emplacement interessant, supermarchés pas loin et métro à 10 min à pied. Bon compromis. Bon lit, tout ce qu’il faut : frigo vaisselle micro onde cafetière etc… Très bons échanges avec l’hôte

Assez bruyant, surtout les « voisins » de chambre. Ma chambre était entre 2 salles de bain apparemment 😅 Et un peu la rue mais j’ai trouvé ça moins pénible que la douche du voisin à 7h du matin 😂 Il manque une TV mais pas vraiment nécessaire pour ma part au final 😊

Es war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Zimmer sind renoviert und das Bett ist bequem. Die Inhaberin der Unterkunft ist sehr freundlich, herzlich und hat immer ein offenes Ohr. Man kann sich jederzeit an sie wenden. Gerade als Alleinreisende fühlt man sich sehr gut aufgehoben!

El sitio está cuidado y muy nuevo, no hay personal. Tiene nevera, microondas y lo básico para cocinar y tomarme algo, en zona común. Es una planta baja con ventanas a la calle por lo que hay un poco de ruido de la calle, y no está demasiado bien insonorizado, pero la cama es cómoda y todo limpio
