Quaint little hostel

Friendly staff, clean bathrooms, quiet place. Laundry service was above and beyond.

In general the whole place (as well as the room) looks destroyed. Beds were not comfortable and the room poorly furnished. Two bathrooms for the whole hostel wasn't really enough. Very expensive for what it is.

The property really was so lovely. Our stay was so comfortable and convenient and we would absolutely come back.

Everything about this property was lovely!! The place was extremely clean, the staff was very lovely, and it seems like they’ve really taken reviews to heart over time. I read a few of the negative reviews prior to staying and heard complaints about the bedsheets, the pillows, the mattress, and the cleanliness of the rooms. Everything that people complained about was nonexistent in the actual property; our bed was extremely comfortable and the space was very very clean. The location is also EXTREMELY central with bus stops to get to the beach nearby, so getting everywhere we wanted to go was very easy and very nearby.

The only thing that rang true to the reviews was the noise levels in the apartment. As for the people staying in the place itself, everyone was extremely quiet and respectful. However, we had a room with a view of the street and even with all doors and windows closed, the sound leakage was still quite prominent. Really though, not something the property or staff can change and it didn’t bother us at all. Small price to pay for the location and the kindness of the staff and seems like a pretty natural addend to having such a good location so unsure why others would complain about it.

The room had enormous windows to the street without double curtains or glazing, being in a first floor on a pedestrian street I could not open them for risk of being seen from outside, nor could I prevent the noise coming from the street affecting my sleep. Regarding the shared bathrooms, the shower that I used in the morning had clogged tubes so the water from the shower took too long to drain.

Would be nice to have some rope in the room to hang swimwear to dry after the beach. Also, weren't much furniture in the room were to put things.

Location. Common kitchen and fridge.

The place well-located in the city center. However, the room was quite loud, with an old bed and pillow. Staff didn’t greet in the morning. A man and woman of the staff sleeping there on Sunday night there crossed in the morning through guests to use the toilet. Windows stayed open with noise until 00:30, making sleep difficult. Expensive. Door downstairs hard to open. Old sheets and towels. Door of the room broken. Mole on the walls. No breakfast available (although is a bed and breakfast!)

Nice handy place to help if you’re in a fix.

I arrived late on a delayed flight. Missed transfers, and all I needed was a bed for the night. It was clean, good value, Andana was actually waiting for me at the door to greet me - that was really nice as I was super late. She was lovely. That’s it. I went out for a little tapa and beer and then slept.

Nothing. It was fine. It got me out of a fix, that’s all I needed.

When you say Bed and Breakfast it gives the idea that you are paying for both, bed and breakfast and the information is not clear. Additionally, they do not say clearly that is a Hostel with 2 bathrooms shared for all the guests in the floor. Which when I knew that it was during the check in time. Furthermore, all that gave me the unfortunate sense that the paid price it didn't match with the quality and privacy. The only fan in the room was a terrible experience, even more for two people. You should improve your offer and be very clear what you are offering.

Fast internet

The location was right in the middle of restaurants and shops. In the evening, until late at night, there’s nonstop music, super loud, and you can hear it clearly in the room, along with the noise of people talking and eating. Light comes in because there's nothing to properly cover the windows, and the curtains are sheer white. If you're looking to relax, this is not the place to do it. The bathroom was far from the room, and only one out of the two was working. The listing mentioned a washing machine, but we weren’t allowed to use it.

It's very noisy—you can hear everyone around. The bathroom could use renovation. It says that check-in is at 10 AM, but when we arrived, they told us it was at 1 PM, claiming they had messaged us, which they hadn't. I would only recommend this place for a short stay of 1–2 nights, nothing more.

Kitchen facilities available and a communal seating area. Books available to borrow. Very hot water and clean facilities. Comfortable bed. Good value for a short stay. Very central but not noisy after midnight (in April).

Sometimes had to wait for a free bathroom. The host didn't have any English but was friendly. The room was v sparse, no drawers or cupboard or TV but once we realised it is more of a hostel than a b&b it was fine.

Exceptional staff

Daiana and Alex were so friendly and lovely, they really make you feel welcome and like you have a local to guide you in your stay in Valencia! They really make you feel at home - I was ill one of the days and Daiana went out of her way to take care of me, like I were her own sister! They left a lasting impression (and honestly I’d give them a raise because they really are the unique factor that makes the place special!) Would definitely recommend to a friend - a quaint, clean place to stay in a great location with exceptional staff.

Very good

Staff and owner were extremely friendly and helpful. I.e. our flight was late at night and they allowed us leave our bags, and chill in the facilities later on while we waited to go to the airport. Location was excellent. Not too noisy even if super central. Tube 2 mins walk, lots of nice bars and restaurants around. Super clean.

The only negative aspect is that there is no AC so probably not the best for super hot summer days. But still really good value for money.

I think the B&B should explain what kind of rooms they have if it sleeps 2 or 4 and how many beds in a room.. Plus one of the bathroom doors are very hard to open and close so if we used the bathroom late at night we would wake everyone in the house..

Location couldn't have been better.

Last minute booking for The Fallas. The location couldn't have been better. We were out and about for most of the 5 days, so luxury wasn't necessary. We just needed a crash pad and this more than surpassed. We were in the triple room. Beds a little low and hard, but that was minor. There are probably only 7 rooms in the entire property and we enjoyed the boutique size. EVERYONE has a shared bathroom. There are 2 so it was never a problem. It is a short 3 minute walk from the train station, the bull ring, the Starbucks and the main square. Really such a perfect location for the Fallas. There are plenty of common areas if the room gets too small for you. There is a window to the street available to sit for tea and read a book. There is an eating area with several tables. There is a patio area. This is all on the second floor - take the stairs or a small elevator. Met our needs completely.

Wish there had been 3 sets of keys. We had to share which took some extra coordination.

They did not had hot water at all. when asked to owner, she was like people shower a lot so she turns it off. Rooms were ok but beds were painfully uncomfortable.

The place is in the middle of the center, walking distance from the main station. The room and bed are comfortable. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Free food also!

difficult to locate for an English person it was extremely difficult to find I was up and down the street with luggage for 1/2 an hour, none of the phone numbers worked, it was an unpleasant experience.

Amazing Location!

The staff was very helpful and kind. Location is amazing. Easy to access everywhere. The small garden and common areas are useful.

There is unfortunately no space to put the towels, A simple dresser or some hangers on the wall could be nice.
