In fact I was alone in double bed room looking at nice street, so I enjoy room and looking to the street from big open window in the afternoon and evening. If you do not mind to stay in property with shared bathroom then everything is fine. Bathrooms were clean all the time. I did not use kitchen but I saw that it is also very useful and completely equipped.
There were some young ladies that use bathroom too lomg not taking care about other guests' needs.

The location is unbeatable, central to the station and very well-connected by public transport to all areas of Valencia. The staff were really friendly and helpful, they ensured someone was around to show me everything when I checked in. It's very clean and there is a good kitchen to cook in etc.
The windows and doors don't inspire confidence - quite fragile and the doors all have frosted glass which means a lot of light/sound carries through. Can also see people moving through them. The two bathrooms could get quite crowded during peak times in the morning. For a longer stay, it can get a bit annoying but otherwise it's a perfect spot.
