Not safe or how it looks or has been advertised however the check in staff was above and beyond kind

The lady on reception was extremely kind and helpful and she was the only single good thing with this hotel

The location was dangerous the men standing outside the hotel front looked like they were booking in men to the apartment block and taking cash we didn't stay we went up apologied and had to book a different hotel we was absolutely shocked and so surprised of all the good reviews this hotel should never ever off made it's way to booking.com it is very unsafe especially for female travellers

Good for a night, wouldn't stay longer

It was convenient to get to from the airport and then take a train the following morning. They also kept our luggage after checking out. They provided toiletries.

The room was generally quite small. Shower was tiny, the room walls had signs of dampness. There was only one plug in the bedroom so we had to charge a phone in the bathroom. The clothes rack moved a lot, which was a bit dangerous with a small kid.

Live here only for the location.

The location is not bad, next to the station.

Originally it was said that there were private bathrooms but in fact they were shared outside, ten rooms shared four bathrooms and two toilets.The receptionist said they could not guarantee who had used the room.The bathrooms were dirty and there were a few belongings of unknown people.At night, when the door was closed, I could still see the light and thought that the door was not closed properly.

Good location - central to train station

There was a massive hole in our door that you could see the whole way through to the hall. It needed covered with plasters. The outside of the door was covered with white masking tape. The beds were very uncomfortable - double bed had one combining pillow. Bed was worn away. One of the blinds was broken so we couldn’t open the window or let in natural daylight. Communal toilets were filthy on the 3rd floor the night we arrived and had no working light, no soap and not re stocked throughout the day with toilet roll.

The worst of a 30days road trip in Spain.

The room I was assigned, called "single with shared bathroom" is a sort of jail cell of few square meters with a broken sink and paper thin walls. Unfortunately people in nearby rooms SINGED OUT LOUD in their room the whole NIGHT. After alerting the staff, they only knocked their door once and that's it. They obviously started after few minutes. Avoid at all costs as you will hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are saying and if they pull an all nighter, you will do too. The worst stay of a 30days road trip around Spain.

everything, the property smelt awful it was as if i was in the sewers the place wasnt clean and the walls are too thin i could hear alot of noise and coughing from my neighboring room

The property was very well situated in the center of the city.

The walls were so thin we could here the gay couple having sex all night 🥲. If you consider staying in a peaceful place, just re-consider this property.

I arrived in the dark and tired so it was difficult to see the black sign on the facia of the building. I and another couple later, didn’t see that it was on the second floor

Location above all and cleanliness was good

No light in entrance foyer and not safe. Dark steps with no markings, very unsafe. Lift only up to the first floor that is the entrance of the hotel. Then stairs only. There is a reception desk but no reception area.

It was really close to the center, the train, the metro or bus station. The location was really good. The staff were also really nice, especially the man from the reception who explain everything to us. The room was big enough, comfortable and the bathroom was also pretty big. We enjoyed our stay here. 😄
