It’s all about the location…

The hotel has an excellent location, making it very easy to explore Valencia on foot. The staff were extremely polite and welcoming.

The room was very small and felt quite cramped. Unfortunately, the bed was not comfortable, and there was an unpleasant smell in the hotel. Breakfast was very basic and did not offer much variety.

In room coffee would be great, but that is not normal for Spain.

Great space

We stayed 2 nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size for 2 of us. The bathroom is great, and the water pressure is good. The location is perfect. Bed was comfy and room was clean. Paid parking as advised by staff is very close to the ancient town, but a uber, cycle or drive to the beach unless you like a 25-30Min walk. I would recommend staying here.

Because of the location, it can get a little noisy within the neighbourhood and outside your door if people are entering their rooms, but otherwise well insulated, so sleeping with the doors open isn't an option if you're a light sleeper. We were in this space for 2 nights in July ( hot weather) and the air conditioner cut out, which made for uncomfortable and interrupted sleeping on both nights. The staff overcame this quite well, but I would've preferred that it worked.

Wonderful Stay in a Great Location

Location was very central. The staff were incredibly helpful, always attentive and ready to assist with anything we needed. From check-in to departure, they made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a cozy retreat after a day of adventure. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for good service and convenience.

The location is great, in the city center and very close to the city town hall which is just behind the corner. Nordin, the receptionist, was really kind and helpful. They went extra mile to help us to get the broken airconditioning fixed. Also, the rest of the staff was always nice. Hotel was clean and we enjoyed the tasty breakfast, which offers great selection for everyone. You can book taxi transfer via hotel in advance which we really appreciated, because it was smooth and quick to get to the hotel after slightly delayed flight.

As some of the reviewers already mentioned, the walls are quite thin, so you can hear the noise from other rooms and the hallway, so if you are light sleeper, the earplugs may help :) It would be nice to have a minifridge in the room, but we didn't really mind not having it.

Excelent location, walkable distance to many attractions, restaurants and shoping. Comfy beds, good breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was rather dark regarding sunlight. The shower curtain could have used a wash.

Lipstick on a pig

“Lipstick on a pig” is the best phrase. It’s an attempt at a hotel crammed into an old European building. Location was fantastic for exploring the city. We were prepared for cramped spaces. The movie theme entertained the kids.

BUT Mold all over the bathroom. Radiator leaked. The bunk beds were built incorrectly, which made the top bunk unsafe and made creaky noises every time someone breathed, therefore inhibiting good sleep for the rest of us. The staff was nice enough, the beds were made nicely each day, but the room itself really lacked a basic comfort level.

Great location and a good experience all round.

All of the hotel staff are wonderful and went out of their way to help me when I had a problem. The location, while a bit tucked away, is excellent and yards from the metro station that takes you to and from the airport. Yards from the main train station, buses to the Malvarrosa beach and some main attractions. The breakfast was great at well. Also well worth a mention is the cinematic theme throughout the hotel, with posters, murals and artefacts. The bathroom was like a Hollywood dressing room.

As a smartphone and tablet denier, it would have helped if there were public internet terminals. I realise that I am the last standing smartphone denier.

Excellent location for Placa de l'Ajuntament for New year celebration. Train station close by.

Breakfast was what i expected i.e scrambled eggs, bacon,toast, cereal, pastries, fruit juices, tea and coffee. Staff were pleasant and if you needed something you just had to ask.

You just had to time your breakfast as room is quite small and could get busy.

Short break exploring Valencia.

Great for exploring Valencia old town. Staff very helpful and friendly.

We were in the Up room which we found to be a little claustrophobic and dark. Would be great for a family travelling with children as there was a bunk bed in the room. As an older couple we found it a bit childish.

Location is fantastic a few steps from town hall, very close to the subway and train station. Room very cozy, tasty breakfast. If I was to Valencia in the future would definitely choose this hotel again.
