Not a good value

The property itself was obviously recently completed and so, everything looked impressive at first. The accommodation was quite spacious but was obviously not totally yet appointed. For example, no coat hangers, and lack of other necessities That we have enjoyed in other similar accomodations we have reserved through booking.

No one on the premises to get in touch with and the What’s app number was not very responsive (up to 24 hours if at all). The leak from the refrigerator was left for us to resolve. I The address was difficult to find since there was no street number or sign to identify the location. Street access was limited due to heavy construction. Street construction noise was loud. No house keeping, no new towels for 7 days unless you paid extra for it. No fresh toilet paper. We bought our own.

Location is fantastic: close to both train stations and public transportation. Walking distance to the old town. In a neighborhood with tons of restaurants and grocery stores. Very clean and quiet. It is on a busy street but once you get into the room, it is very very quiet. The kitchen has everything one needs for simple cooking.

1. The address says 23, but the actual entrance is not 23. It took some effort to understand that the entrance is next door of 23. Wish there is a sign to indicate that. 2. The day we arrived on June 16, the door to the apartment building did not work smoothly. We communicated via WhatsApp as instructed, but the lady talking to us did not believe us and refused to send someone to take a look. It took us 20 minutes to get into the building since the door knob did not function as it was supposed to be after the given code was used. We eventually got in with numerous effort. Then every time it took a lot of effort and multiple tries to get into the building till the third day. We are certain that there had been something wrong since the third day the door started working very smoothly. They must have also finally noticed the issue and fixed it. The initial experience gave us a bad taste, but the five day stay ended nicely.

Cozy apartment close to the station

I arrived by train and really liked that it’s just a 5–7 minute walk from Joaquín Sorolla station – super convenient! The room also had everything I needed: an iron, a drying rack, and kitchenware for cooking. The room is simply decorated, but it feels cozy and comfortable. There’s a Mercadona supermarket nearby, and you can walk to the city center in about 20 minutes. So overall, it’s quite convenient, especially if you're traveling with a suitcase – the train station is within walking distance.

The room is on the ground floor, and the window has frosted glass, which is great for privacy, but it does feel a bit closed off since there’s no outside view. Also, the door is quite thin, so sounds from the hallway — like people walking by or talking — can be heard quite clearly. It wasn’t a problem for me at all, as I was staying alone, but if you're two people, just something to keep in mind.

No conseguimos descansar correctamente.

El apartamento es amplio y está equipado correctamente.Cerca de la estación de AV y boca de metro.

El apartamento A da a la calle con amplio ventanal y la luz automática del exterior , durante la noche, se enciende y apaga constantemente. No hay persiana y las cortinas no impiden la entrada de luz. La luz del hall se cuela por debajo de la puerta de entrada. Por lo que el dormir no es fácil. La cama tampoco es especialmente cómoda.

Einchecken nur online möglich, Link Check-in hat nicht funktioniert, muste per Whatup nachgefragt werden. Eingang nicht klar, weil dieser sich links (vergittert) neben Eingang 23 befindet. Kein Geschirrtrocknungstuch vorhanden.

We hadden tijdens ons verblijf geen warm water. Meermaals hebben we dit aangegeven, waarop werd geantwoord dat is opgelost, maar dit was niet zo. Verder stonk het erg in het appartement naar een rioolgeur, wat we ook hebben aangegeven maar niks mee is gedaan. Daarnaast hebben we een kakkerlak gezien in de badkamer. Al met al is het absoluut geen aanrader en beschamend dat een dergelijk appartement voor deze prijs wordt aangeboden.

Penoso, imbarazzante!!

Niente uno schifo

Lo staff non risponde ai messaggi né per mail tantomeno per whatsapp. C’era l’acqua fredda, non cambiano gli asciugamani se non a pagamento a 5€ cad 1 cad 1 persona, non fanno le pulizie, con la doccia si allaga tutto il bagno, quando sostituiscono gli asciugamani ti lasciano quelli sporchi e bagnati che a stare lì puzzano. Se volete un disagio andate lì. Non portano la carta igienica.

Posizione ottima ma servizi insufficienti

La posizione ottima in quanto era vicino al centro di Valencia. La Smart tv è stata apprezzata per i momenti di relax

Per 4 giorni ci è stato fornito un solo rotolo di carta igienica, per cui abbiamo dovuto comprarcela noi. Inoltre non abbiamo mai avuto acqua calda. Abbiamo segnalato diverse volte il problema ma non ci è stata fornita una soluzione. È stato un grande disagio soprattutto considerando le giornate ormai fredde.

Mieszkanie w dobrej cenie i lokalizacji. Wszystko było blisko - sklepy, metro, autobusy. Poza tym mieszkanie bardzo ładne, idealne dla dwóch osób. Zarówno pokój jak i łazienka przestronne i nowe. Personel szybko reagował, gdy coś zgłaszaliśmy. Polecam!

Mieliśmy karalucha w mieszkaniu. Obsługa zareagowała i wysłali panią, która psikała sprayem na owady.

Que era espacioso y estaba todo listo para realmente sentirse como en casa

Que se rompió la cortina por que la pared es barata y eso se podría haber evitado reforzando mínimo esa zona por que obviamente si ponen esa pedazo cortina se va acabar rompiendo durante la estancia de cualquier huésped, me quitó un poco de tiempo y también me preocupé de que fuera culpa mía, de todos modos lo bien que lo pasé lo contrarresta asi que no opino nada negativo, es muy buen precio a comparación de otros sitios cuando debería ser más caro para lo que ofrece, el próximo año si tengo la oportunidad reservaré en concept flats Y ahora que me pregunta si la cama era cómoda si pero a veces al levantarse sonaba fuerte y en acto amoroso sonaba peor que maquinaria de obra, el colchón y las almohadas genial

Sehr sauber und neu, aber nicht ganz so zentral wie gedacht

Sehr sauber usb neu (renoviert?) und relativ zentral, zum Zentrum kann man laufen (15 min). Für 2 Personen ist die Unterkunft gut vom Platz.

Innerhalb 5 Tagen könnte man mal reinigen oder auch mehr Klopapier hinterlegen, Föhn wurde erst auf Nachfrage angeschlossen, leider hatten wir eine Kakerlake einmal im Zimmer. Es ist etwas hellhörig und man kann kein Fenster aufmachen, da es im Erdgeschoss zur Straße liegt andere Apartments wahrscheinlich zur anderen Seite.

Tutto benissimo,ma qualcosina si può migliorare per raggiungere la perfezione :-)

La struttura è bella,nuova dotata di tutto ciò che serve per potere anche mangiare,poiché ha una cucina con tavolo e stoviglie. Dista dal centro città 23 minuti a piedi,ed ha la fermata della metro (jesus) a 100 metri. La stanza è comoda e silenziosa,climatizzata ed ilari bagno molto funzionale, però non ha il bidèt(lo scrivo solo per gli italiani).Per chi arriva ,come è successo a noi ,prima dell'orario del check in, può lasciare gli zaini nella hall della struttura, all'interno di armadietti situati in loco,però portatevi il lucchetto. Nel complesso giudizio molto positivo.

L'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta, è che avendo soggiornato per quattro giorni, non sono state mai cambiate le asciugamano, ed a una mia richiesta di sostituzione, la struttura mi ha comunicato che poteva avvenire solo dietro il pagamento di 5 euro a persona. Altra cosa da sapere, è che le pulizie non vengono effettuate durante la permanenza. Penso faccia parte di una politica di contenimento costi...però la pulizia è l'igiene sono fondamentali.

Correcta sin más

Zona tranquila, con cafeterias proximas y muchas conexiones de bus y metro cerca. La decoración del apartamento buena y interesante el tema de taquillas en el edificio para dejar las maletas. Rapida contestación por whatsapp de la empresa.

Más que no gustar, para mejorar, el apartamento necesita un armario o burrito para colgar y colocar ropa, necesita que haya escoba pala y fregona, trapos de cocina, servilletas o papel de cocina (todo como utensilio básico siendo un apartamento). Y necesita una fumigación de cucarachas que nos encontramos una un día en la cocina y tres otro día en el baño. Por otro lado, no nos gustó abrir la ventana y a 3 metros de la ventana dos personas durmiendo todos los días con mantas en el suelo...

Все хорошо. Понравилось все. Месторасположение , коммуникация с менеджерами. В апартаментах есть необходимое. Кодовый замок на входе в подъезд и кодовый замок на двери апартаментов. Мы остались довольны.
