Fine for a night but would not be great for a longer stay

Walking distance from the train station. Staff were responsive and responsible in trying to help with issues. They were also flexible on check in and out timings which were great

The location was great and all given amenities worked perfectly. The bed was really comfortable and I like that they gave us a real duvet instead of a sheet.

The room was very sparsely furnished, there was no decoration and nothing more than the absolute necessary. It’s hard to find since there was no sign outside and there wasn’t even towels for hands or the floor, leading to the bathroom overflowing after every shower. Despite booking a Deluxe Room with sound isolation, we could hear the neighbors at night very clearly. For this price I expected a hotel room but I got a cheap AirBnB with the least possible effort.

Nice large renovated room near centre and train station

Nice large renovated room with aircon, fridge and tv, quiet neighbourhood 15 min walk from centre. Staff provided very good instructions on how to pick up keys thry left for you.

The bed was comfy and big but the pillows could have been softer or a soft pillow option could have been in the wardrobe. The aircon was a bit noisy and it was not possible to regulate its intensity as the remote didn’t include the option.

Very good

The location of the property is really good. There are multiple supermarkets on the street and lots of surrounding bars, cafes and restaurants. It was about a 10-15 minute walk from the centre which was good and the street was quiet at night. We also had a really large balcony and a mini fridge in our room, as well as air conditioning. The check in process was really easy despite there not being a reception. We were contacted by José who was really helpful and sent us the step-by-step instructions with photos and videos to collect the keys and enter the building and then the room. The bathroom and the room in general was all really modern and the beds were comfy enough. Also a very spacious room.

I don’t really have any massive complaints just that we were left with 2 half rolls of toilet paper for 2 nights and it ran out so we were left without. Also there isn’t daily cleaning (or at least for us there wasn’t) which wasn’t a big deal as we only stayed 2 nights but would probably be needed for a longer stay. The only other thing I could fault would be that there is no lift, so it would be inaccessible for some people.
