Would not stay here again regardless of the convenience of the location and the lovely decor.

Clean, new, good location.

The street lights shone into the room. This along with the ‘exit’ light over the apartment door meant it was like sleeping in a bus shelter. It would have been so easy to install black out curtains. And a draw curtain between the kitchen area and the exit door. This is what I would have done. I have AirB&B’s. Every owner should sleep in their offering to see how comfortable it is. The cleaner knocked in the door at 9am. The check out time was 11am. 11am was the vacation time selected on the webpage sent by the AirB&B, completed and then returned. Clearly no one reads it. It is very unpleasant having the cleaner (with her enormous cleaning trolly) knocked on your door two hours before you are due to vacate. She did not care. She just wanted to do her job regardless of the guest. We did not feel welcome. Finally, the single beds are too narrow. I sleep in single beds all of the time. These are the narrowest I have seen.

Location was great

The air con shut off when we returned to the room at 12pm and we couldn’t turn it on by our self. Having contacted the moontells WhatsApp we were told that no one could come and sort it for us as it was too late. There’s absolutely no staff on site so if anything goes wrong or happens late at night there is no help until the next day. The bathroom was clean but stunk of human waste emanating from the toilet

Everything perfect, I like so much that you have something small for breakfast and very good coffee! You have so many options to drink and eat near the room. The hostess was everytime there to answer for what you need.

Wardrobe door kept hitting the front door which was annoying. Also to get out into the patio it could do with the opening the other way, was hard to open and get out.

My stay overall was very good - clean, comfortable and good location.

Location is great, room was very clean. Kitchenette had all utensils and thingies one can possibly need and welcome basked was nice addition to keep you going with coffee and tea for first days. I loved the pillows. I have never seen memory foam pillow that is so soft. I even stripped one trying to find out brand name of pillow as would love to have same at home.

Few small comments/suggestions: 1) Bathroom has only 2 hooks. That’s not enough. If 2 people stay and each has 2 towels.. not enough hooks. Its not even enough for single person as one might need to put clothes/ robe, whilst using bathroom. This can be resolved cheaply and without damage, using over the door hooks in bathroom 2) literally no storage space in room I stayed. There is a cupboard/wardrobe with hangers and place for case (good). But not a single shelf for other clothes and bits. I ended up cramming all things on desk. Instead of large artificial potted plant in corner, there could be small shelving unit what would cover above need. 3) Noise. There are 2 caffes/bars and night club right under windows. It is not extremely noisy, but noise can last to very early hours, especially on weekends. I understand hotel cannot affect the noise on street nor there is a quick fix to that (like tripple glazed windows). But I have to mention it.

Sonrisas y lágrimas.

El alojamiento se encontraba muy céntrico y estaba muy limpio, la cama era muy cómoda y las toallas geniales.

Cuando llegamos al alojamiento nos encontramos que la habitación estaba situada en un bajo. ( a la hora de reservar la habitación no especifica claramente qué tipo de habitación es. Ya que se trata de una habitación para personas con movilidad reducida) no obstante no se podía soportar el ruido del bar de al lado ni de la calle, hemos tenido problemas para dormir. Los responsables del alojamiento deberían insonorizar la habitación porque pienso que no es nada barata y si vas con ganas de descansar ten por seguro que no lo vas a hacer.

Precioso y acogedor apartamento.

Todo, buena ubicación, limpísimo y cómodo. Nos hicieron la habitación todos los días, lo cuál nos sorprendió porque cuando reservas un estudio/apartamento no suele ser lo habitual. Genial

Todo perfecto. Algunos usuarios apuntan el ruido de la zona ya que es una zona de bares con bastante movimiento por la noche, pero la verdad que con las ventanas aislantes que tiene ni nos enteramos y dormimos perfectamente.

Stanza molto bella e grande, pulita e più che comoda. Accesso con codice semplice e immediato, nessuna necessità di chiavi. Appena ricevuto il messaggio che la stanza era pronto, ho potuto subito accedervi.

Een goede accomodatie in een prachtige stad.

Alles was zoals beschreven. Prima accomodatie, prima sanitair. Bij binnenkomst viel ons op dat er naast een tandenborstel en tandpasta ook een setje oordopjes als welkoms geschenk lagen. 's Avonds bleek waarom: onder de locatie waren enkele terrassen op straat waar de mensen tot in de kleine uurtjes (op zondagochtend tot 7 uur) buiten zaten. Verder een goed verblijf gehad. Alles keurig verzorgd. De afwas bleek zelfs voor ons gedaan. Deze accomodatie is echt een aanrader. Je moet wel tegen het geluid van de stad kunnen.

Er is ons niets tegengevallen. We vonden het top.

Die Lage war fantastisch. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Russafa ist ein sehr schönes Viertel. Gute Möglichkeiten zum Frühstücken und essen gehen.

Tolle Lage und sehr sauber

Die Lage ist wirklich toll, man ist schnell im Zentrum, am Bahnhof, an der Markthalle. Der Stadtteil Ruzafa ist cool mit vielen Bars und Restaurants. Es war sehr sauber.

Der klappbare Duschstuhl war etwas locker, ich fand das recht gefährlich.

Superleuke locatie, veel goede restaurants in de buurt. Een levendige en gezellige wijk. Leuke gezellige kamer, koelkast was zeer handig. Bedden waren heerlijk.

Handig om een theedoek te hebben om wat af te drogen.

Buena ubicación, silencio total y comodísima.

Al principio me asusto un poco el tema de la ubicación, aunque es muy buena abajo hay bares y discotecas lo que temía no poder descansar bien, sin embargo desde la primera planta que estuvimos, con las ventanas cerradas era silencio absoluto. Descansamos super bien, cama comodísima. Instrucciones muy claras y apartamento aunque pequeño muy bien apañado.

La verdad que nada, todo estuvo muy bien.

Fantastico soggiorno a Valencia

Alloggio fantastico, dotato di tutti i comfort, fresco, pulito, luminoso e funzionale. Posizione perfetta accanto al mercato di ruzafa, tutte le attrazioni principali del centro città nelle vicinanze, possibilità di muoversi a piedi (o se necessario con i mezzi: autobus, metro nelle vicinanze). Zona fornita di bar, ristoranti, lavanderia, ecc. Ottima comunicazione e disponibilità da parte dello staff Moontels.

Moontels mercato de Ruzafa consigliatissimo

Molto bella e spaziosa la stanza con tutti i comfort necessari, c'era pure la possibilità di fare colazione in stanza in quanto c'erano biscotti, succhi ed altro. La posizione top, molto vicina al centro. E poi le viette del hotel presentavo tantissimi locali.

Toppenbra läge och hade allt vi behövde

Superfint och bekvämt rum som hade allt vi behövde. Bra pentry med bland annat en liten kaffemaskin, och till och med ett frysfack i kylskåpet. Bekväma sängar. Balkong där vi kunde hänga blöta badkläder. Effektiv air condition. Perfekt läge nära marknaden, massor av barer och restauranger samt gångavstånd till många busslinjer.

En hel del ljud från gatan sent på natten på helgen, men det får man väl leva med när man väljer boende i ett område med liv och rörelse. Det gick inte att lämna kvar väskorna några timmar efter utcheckningen. Det löste sig dock via tjänsten Radical Storage som fanns i närheten.

Sympa et agréable

Matériel nécessaire pour faire la cuisine, petit panier de bienvenue (même si les madeleine et croissant avaient pas un bon goût), les couleurs, décoration, le petit balcon, la réactivité du personnel par message, l’emplacement

La porte de l’armoire ne s’ouvrait pas entièrement et tapait contre la porte d’entrée, le seul ménage de la semaine que nous avons demandé les linges n’ont pas été changé et surtout le linge de sol qui était très sale
