I'd stay here again!

Location was really good for us. We liked being away from the busy centre, but the area was pretty and had a nice vibrancy. There was an abundance of bars, but not as many Spanish sit-down eateries as we would have liked or expected. The flat was easy to navigate and I liked that we could enter the apartments without check-in Shower was strong and clean. lots of storage space and a nice touch to provide us with a coffee capsule and biscuits for our arrival.

The courtyard was a bit noisy if someone came in late and the lights from the courtyard would shine through and disturb us sleeping. The curtains need to be addressed to work better with that issue a we tried to tie them together to block the light. There was also a bright green box in the room that flooded the room with light at night. The bathroom lights were too bright and clinical.

Location 10/10 Clean. Very comfortable bed. Good shower.

Strong smell of drains / damp in the property which remained even after a cleaner gave us air freshener. Noticed a mold problem on the wall behind the bed upon leaving which I'm sure contributed to the smell. No windows to air out the room or for natural light - only the front doors.

Would use this accommodation again

Very clean, quiet but central location, it was competitively priced and for what we paid it was ideal. It has just enough of everything. Our apartment no.2, had no view except to central shared internal patio, but this meant it was private and quiet. My wife liked it if that helps! The staff communication is excellent and as we had a late flight back they stored bags in close by office.

Nice and comfortable suites, perfect for a short stay

This is a spacious nicely decorated studio apartment well equipped for a short stay. It was very clean, warm, and not humid. It takes a bit of time for the hot water in the shower to run, but completely understandable. The location is not exactly central, but very nice - within the vibrant area of Ruzafa.

It was a bit tricky to open the lock box. I couldn't do it at the first attempt and a member of staff had to come and help me (which happenned very quickly). It appeared that I just had to put more pressure on the button. It might be a good idea to mention this in the access instructions (which are otherwise exact and detailed).

The biggest concern for me was that the bed is located near the front door fully from glass and curtains didn’t cover much, I had to put a chair to keep curtains closed. No soap and bathroom items. Would like to have some sleeppers. Also would be great to have a Microwave as a place didn’t have one.

Location: Perfect/ Cleanliness: not so great.

The apartment is pretty and looks just like the pictures. The bed was comfortable and the space itself is quite spacious. The kitchen has a coffee machine and a water heater, but there were no coffee capsules or tea bags provided (even just a couple would have been nice). There was also no cutting board, so we had to prepare food using a plate. The fridge is actually a mini fridge, which isn’t very practical if you’re staying longer or planning to cook, as there isn’t enough space for groceries. The best thing about the apartment is definitely the location. Ruzafa is perfect, with great atmosphere, and the city centre is only a 10-minute walk away.

The biggest issue, however, was the cleanliness. The apartment was quite dirty when we arrived. The floors were sticky, and walking around in white socks turned them brown. The bathroom was the most unclean part: there were long black hairs around the toilet and on the floor (I’m blonde), and there was also a large pile of dust under the bed. I could list more examples, but in the end we cleaned the bathroom ourselves and tried not to make a fuss.

Very noisy due to some sort of generator/ventilator next to bedroom (not part of the studio so no way to switch it off). Impossible to sleep well. Also: cumbersome check-in.

Never ever again

The Lobby is very nice and chic but once you open the door all the sewer problems come to life ... the gosh awful smell will knock you off your feet .... I used an entire can of odor eliminator and turned the ac to its coldest setting but nothing helped.... the only thing that helped is that our stay was up and we were leaving.... paint and pretty decor is not enough . This old building needs a total tear down.

A bit pricey for the quality

The place is new and well located. It looks like advertised and the team was responsive when contacted. The kitchen equipment was fair and the appliances were brand new.

The finishes are not clean. When looking closely, it looks like some cheap choices have been made on materials and the professionals working on the walls and doors.

All the fabric ie: curtains/fabrics need to be washed to alleviate the smell of stale smoke.

The room stunk of smoke the wouldn’t move as so they gave us a can of air freshener a group of Scandinavian women arrived a bit later and the complained about there room stinking of smoke and were moved to another apartment.. we had to sleep with the door open to help to reduce the disgusting smell.

Basement studio flat with poor natural light

The studio flat is located on the ground floor, but it’s essentially a semi-basement facing an internal courtyard. It has a single large glass door as the entrance, with no additional windows, which limits natural light. As a result, the flat feels a bit damp and has a musty smell, likely from being closed up for a while. The lack of sunlight and enclosed layout may feel claustrophobic to some guests.

La ubicación es decente.

Es una propiedad sin recepción. Hay que hacer un proceso online tedioso para obtener la llave digital de la habitación. Están construyendo. El lugar no se siente tan digno, no por la sencillez, sino porque no está bien cuidado. La fachada externa necesita al menos ser pintada.

456 el apartamento del moho negro

La ubicación, bastante céntrica, la cama era cómoda

No me gustaron varias cosas, el apartamento es una reconversión de algo que existía ahí, en apartamentos, el edificio era antiguo, y lo primero que te encuentras es que había que descender hacia un patio interior, para ello había que atravesar una zona de obras, que a las 8 de la mañana ya estaban trabajando, el apartamento, que nos dieron fue el 456, se encontraba detrás de una cristalera, cuando entramos, olía a tuberías, cosa que pase por alto, por qué en Valencia suele ser habitual, a simple vista se le veía bien, hasta que te empezabas a fijar más en detalle, cuando detrás del cabecero se percibe una mancha negra, no le dimos importancia, hasta el día siguiente, cuando volvimos ya se noche y después de haber sido un día lluvioso, entramos al apartamento, y un olor todavía peor a humedad y amoniacal, como arenero de gato, procedemos a poner la TV, y no funcionaba, por qué los de la obra habían cortado la antena, el olor amoniacal y humedad procedía detrás del cabecero, siendo tan tarde, pasamos allí la noche, y al día siguiente, los operarios nos despiertan por qué se ponen a trabajar, a continuación muevo la cama y el cabecero, y una mancha de moho negro detrás del cabecero, por lo que me pongo en contacto con los gestores del apartamento, que muy atentos nos atendieron, y procedieron a devolvernos el dinero del apartamento, teniendo que buscar otro hotel, esa misma mañana y cambiarnos. Creo que se debería mirar que se alquila y dejar de alquilar cualquier cosa en cualquier estado, obras y problemas de filtraciones,mohos y humedades, que pueden causar enfermedades a los huespedes.

Estaba bien situado y restaurado.

Especialmente que había una máquina o motor en un hueco de la pared junto a escalera que tanto día cómo noche hacia un ruido insoportable, esto unido a que las almohadas, a mí juicio, eran muy incómodas, no me han permitido dormir medio bien durante las noches que he estado.

Sufficiente

La posizione era molto ventrale,vicino al quartiere di ruzafa. A due passi dal centro e da tanti locali commerciali. Puoi chiamare uber a un costo bassissimo e raggiungere qualsiasi quartiere con al massimo 8€.

ll problema è solo che la stanza non è come nelle foto. É molto piccola e non era molto pulita . Inoltre non ti cambiano gli asciugamani e nemmeno puliscono come da regola ogni giorni.

Partiamo dalla mancanza totale di assistenza nel caso di problemi: l’ultimo giorno c’erano delle ragazze giovani in altri appartamenti che urlavano fortissimo e sghignazzavano di notte, abbiamo segnalato ai proprietari per avvisarle di smettere e ci hanno risposto dopo 24 ore!!! Non è modo di trattare un ospite che paga… vorrei precisare che soggiornavo con mio padre che è una persona anziana e pretende di dormire in pace a mezzanotte senza grida altrui. Altri aspetti deludenti: appartamento davvero poco fornito : niente sale, pepe, zucchero, olio, niente microonde, niente panni per asciugare, niente scopa e paletta per pulire. Qualche capsula per il caffè, visto che fornite la macchinetta, sarebbe stata cosa gradita. Il forno staccava continuamente l’unica volta in cui lo abbiamo utilizzato e abbiamo cenato alle 23. La tv non ha mai funzionato per una settimana e ci hanno detto che era dovuto ai lavori sulla facciata, grandissima scusa usata per “tamponare” ma ancora una volta senza risolvere il problema o almeno provarci. Pulizia totalmente assente, appartamento pulito alla veloce pieno di polvere sotto al letto e capelli in bagno. Nel lavandino l’acqua non scorre e la doccia impiega un quarto d’ora a diventare calda.

Un excellent Sejour à Valence

Son emplacement à proximite du centre ville La Clim et le chauffage

Plusieurs elements navrants dans les equipments : La tv ne fonctionnait pas, rien à voir avec les travaux en facade. La liaison HDMI et internet de la TV ne fonctionnait pas pour une raison incomprehensible donc pas de tele. Plusieurs manquants importants : pas d’essuie tout ou de torchon, pas de tapis pour s’essuyer les pieds, pas de micro onde, pas de balai ou de balayette. Meme pas une ou deux capsules de cafe. Aucun ingredient de secours :poivre, huile, etc… Pourquoi un four et du Materiel de repassage ?? Aucun contact physique avec la proprietaire sauf le mail.

Il quartiere di Ruzafa è molto carino e l’appartamento si trova in un’ottima posizione. Pulitissimo!!

La notte faceva molto caldo e non potevamo aprire la finestra perché eravamo al piano terra. Manca un po’ l’aria. C’è una televisione ma non funziona. Non c’è proprio antenna. Quindi che senso ha metterla se poi non si può vedere.

Goede locatie, moderne appartementen en rustig gelegen.

Keuken was te basic ingericht, geen koffie of thee aanwezig, geen spullen om de afwas te doen, geen keukenlinnen. Badkamer eveneens basic: geen badmat en maar 2 douche handdoeken. Tussentijds geen schoonmaak en dus ook geen nieuwe handdoeken, toiletpapier etc. Het appartement kan een deepclean goed gebruiken. Dit aangegeven bij de hosting partij. Ze zouden gelijk handdoeken brengen. Savonds bij terugkomst in het appartement bleek dit niet te zijn gebeurd. Er was toevallig een medewerker op locatie dus zij is meteen handdoeken gaan halen.

La poca pulizia della stanza ha ovviamente condizionato il soggiorno e il giudizio. Polvere ovunque, nel e sotto il letto. Abbiamo avuto addirittura problemi di asma. Divano letto senza lenzuola. Eppure la struttura ha del potenziale ed è di recente ristrutturazione ma necessita di manutenzione e maggiori accortezze e attenzioni. Ad esempio avevamo richiesto da mesi la culla per il bambino di quasi due anni. E la culla non era presente all'arrivo. Ci viene portata il giorno seguente e la troviamo in camera semplicemente accatastata a terra, da montare, senza materasso e coperte. Troppa approssimazione, peccato.

Čisto in prijetno stanovanje na mirni lokaciji, a hkrati blizu starega mestnega jedra in metroja.

Lokacija je dobro izhodišče za peš raziskovanje centra mesta, hkrati pa je umaknjena od hrupa in tudi relativno blizu metro postaje. Stanovanje je čisto in prijetno, kuhinja je relativno dobro opremljena, na postelji in kavču se da kar udobno spati. Okolica je mirna, tudi ponoči je vladala tišina.

Stanovanje se nahaja v polkleti, ob vsakokratnem vstopu je zato prisoten blag vonj po zatohlem - nekajminutno zračenje je dovolj za osvežitev, imajo tudi klimo/ventilacijo. Pogrešali smo nekoliko prostornejši hladilnik in mikrovalovno pečico. Na postelji in kavču se je dalo udobno spati, želeli pa bi si dva ločena kovtra za veliko posteljo (namesto enega velikega). Tudi zalogo brisač bi lahko bolj prilagodili številu nočitev, da bi torej dodali še kakšno več za daljše bivanje.

Perfecte locatie, leuke inrichting.

De locatie en inrichting zijn fantastisch! Het is ook lekker stil en je merkt niet dat je in een levendige omgeving zit als je in de kamer bent. Er zijn talloze leuke restaurantjes om de hoek en je zit heel centraal in de wijk Ruzafa. Op loopafstand van de metro.

Veel dingen hebben een opknapbeurt nodig, zoals losse/kapotte kranen, kapot stopcontact en los handvat bij de deur. Als er een uurtje een klusser aan de slag gaat is dat weer opgelost. Er lagen ook heel veel zwarte haren op de grond.

Ruzafa, un barrio hermoso para alojarse en Valencia

La ubicación es excelente, el apartamento estaba correcto. La atención de la empresa anfitriona, excelente, siempre atentos y con respuestas inmediatas.

Algunos detalles podrían mejorarse: el patio se llena de agua con lluvia y no hay en la entrada del apartamento nada para secarse los pies. Lo pedí y me dijeron que no tenían, compré algo xq de lo contrario, se ensuciaba todo dentro. No había escoba o trapeador para pasar en el piso, y ante una estadía de más de 4 días y con lluvia, hubiera preferido poder limpiar. El apartamento está adaptado para personas con movilidad reducida, lo que me parece genial, pero por ejemplo el espejo del baño queda solo apto para personas en silla de ruedas o muy bajas, debiendo uno agacharse para poder usarlo. Son detalles a mejorar, que en estancias cortas no se notan, pero al estar más de 3 o 4 noches y con ma clima, tuvieron relevancia.

Es una empresa que ha reformado una casa vieja y ha sacado 8 apartamentos, donde no tienes ninguna intimidad y lo único que les importa es facturar y sacar la mayor rentabilidad, apartamento pelao, mala distribución, mal check in, mal check out, vamos es que no hay por donde cogerlo, pienso que hay hasta reseñas compradas para subir la nota y no entiendo que hace en una plataforma como booking.
