A lovely stay

The staff is very friendly, their attention to details is amazing, they really make an effort to make sure you feel well. The room was very nice and large, with every amenity possible. The bed is also very comfortable. While it should be standard at this price range, we have rarely seen rooms/hotels anywhere in the world as clean as here. A very nice upside.

While it did not affect our enjoyment of the hotel or our vacation, the sound isolation of the windows is very poor so that you hear everything from the street, day and night.

Exceptional hotel, especially for the price. Highly recommend.

The design and the level of service are exceptional for the price. Things like a pillow menu, not only hair dryer but also straightener, nighttime turndown with chocolates and silky eye masks. It is really well located - a short walk to the central neighbourhoods and sights.

absolutely fantastic

Overall one of the best stays we have had anywhere. Having had a problem with a AirBnB rental the reception quickly found me a room. When my wallet was stolen in the city, the porter came with me to the police station to report it helping with the translation as well. I cannot state too strongly what outstanding service we had. A big thank you to everyone at the hotel.

Bed was soft. TV was spotty. The card keys kept malfunctioning and so did the in room lock box. Staff sometime forgot to restock towels. For $267 per night we expected slightly more.

Beautiful hotel, highly recommended

Really amazing hotel. If in Valencia will definitely return. Everything is walking distance 10-15 minutes. Staff are attentive and friendly. Thanks to Ashley and colleagues. Everything (complimentary water, etc) requested was delivered promptly to the room. Reception answer in seconds. Room was very clean and cleaned daily. Full of amenities. Very quite no noise from outside nor other rooms. Blackout curtains. There is a bar downstairs. Bed is 10/10 comfy. Spacious and private bathrooms. Gym is useful (but very small) Spa was nice as well (5+ days you get it free)

Gym is very small, can only fit 1-2 people max. It's still useful for one person but cannot be shared with anyone else. Called room service at night and they said kitchen is closed. Even though it said somewhere they are open 24/7 which is the norm for any top hotel should serve food.

A wonderful hotel in the heart of Valencia.

1. Good location. 2.Stylish interior 3. Big rooms. There really are king-size beds here. I'm tired of the 1.40-cm wide beds in Malaga. 4. Excellent service 5. Various nice little touches in the room. A sleep mask, for example.

The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast for 25 euros. The choice of dishes was small.

An incredible hotel in the heart of Valencia - Beware of the motion-activated lighting

Incredible location (everything within a walking distance), very nice, helpful, and friendly staff, and a state-of-the-art breakfast at the bar downstairs. This is a stylish hotel with an emphasis on modern technology (sometimes going a little over the top). Even the tiny gym is eco-friendly, with a manually driven treadmill that we enjoyed. The fact that you can open the windows when the weather is clement is a plus as well.

Motion-activated room and bathroom lighting may seem cool as long as you are alone in the room... But it is way too bright and immediately wakes up your better half in the middle of the night when you go to the bathroom. We have not discovered a way to turn it off! (Finally managed to block the light itself physically using a carton box :-)). But the fact that the hotel provides each guest with a blindfold probably means that this ridiculous, overengineered feature cannot be disabled. It would have been so much better for everyone if they replaced it with an inconspicuous, dim, always-on nightlight...

I didn't like the constant reminders on the bathroom mirror on how much water I had used. I know why it was there, but i didn't like the constant reminder every time I used the bathroom.

Good experience overall

The bedroom is really nice, large and comfortable. The bed is also great. The decoration of the room is nice.

Breakfast could be better for the price. We ordered some eggs benedict from the bar, but the eggs were a bit too raw. There are plenty of coffee places nearby with better value. Besides that, the shower pressure is terrible, and the temperature of the water keeps changing every few seconds, which is really uncomfortable.

Fabulous!

Great location in the old town. Exceptional service, friendly and attentive. Little gifts such as chocs and sparkling wine on arrival were appreciated given we were not celebrating anything....just on holiday! The hotel was previously a bank that was disused for about 10 years and then beautifully renovated and opened in 2024.

The best hotel for women who travel, one has everything needed in the room.

This is the best hotel in Spain I have stayed at. The atmosphere is welcoming and the facility is very well maintained. The small details in the rooms are unmatched. Amazing hairdryer, good shampoo and body lotion and a few extras like complimentary chocolates and a beach bag and towel available. The staff kept our room immaculate the whole time and everyone was really friendly.

Amazing Hotel just don't go to the rooftop bar!

Amazing Hotel. Excellent location minutes away from the old town and central market. The little touches in the rooms were some of the best I have ever experienced. We had a "sleep kit" with eye masks and earplugs, a bottle of bubbles, foot cream, hand cream, chocolates even biscuits with the Wifi code on! Incredible!

The rooftop bar service was appalling. We went twice and both times the waitress was extremely rude and thoroughly miserable. The first time there was a private event and there was NO service. We had to go to the bar - not a massive deal - but were greeted with a sneering, barking waitress who obviously was proper stressed. I even tried to help clear some glasses to help her and was still sneered at. I thought maybe it was a one off but the second time it was exactly the same - even with no private event on! Let the Hotel down!

Nice old town/Hotel- super friendly people-good food for short stay-beach a little far away

very nice breakfast room- large good choice (some products/juices not up to expected standard),very nice helpful attending staff, some things could be better communicated/organized - but all in all very nice experience. Nice rooms a little small and not the nice expected view- but with little attentions from the Hotel all along our stay and their friendliness made up for everything! Roof terrace a gift at night, you could even have diner in the Hotel bar/breakfast room - and it was very good- Jaime advised and served as so good

Communication and organization of details could be improved as well for the Hotel as for beach visits (cleaning was OK but not perfect- certain things we found out but at the end of stay because the explaining leaflets were only put in the room at the end -like possibility to ask for toilet brush if needed... no comment! No facilities to hang up wet things in bathroom or elsewhere, not easy to handle when coming in from beach. A bad persisting smell in the room and entry of Hotel even in front of breakfast room- had to get used to it.

Next level hospitality, friendliness, cleanliness and in a fantastic location. HIGHLY recommended.

The staff were exceptional and the level of service was fantastic. We had chocolates on our pillows every evening and we had a complementary bottle of cava dropped off at our room after we checked in. Everything was so so wonderful. I simply cannot recommend this hotel enough.
