Amazing Stay in Valencia

Everything about our stay was amazing! The room was modern, spacious, and very comfortable with great amenities like a coffee machine, bottled water, and plenty of natural light from the balcony. Cleanliness was excellent and the location couldn’t be better, it was very central and surrounded by lots of bars, shops and things to see. They also offer lockers for luggage storage, which was super convenient. The staff was amazing, very responsive and helpful, especially Preston and Thaidy, who made our stay even better.

The location was very central and close to all major attractions. No need for public transportation. The facility is nice and clean. The room was cleaned every day.

An absolute miracle, highly recommended!!!!

We had booking somewhere else that was a disaster and we had one day to find something else. This place offered a fantastic price and it was a miracle that it was available. The place completely exceeded our expectations, it was fantastic, clean, modern, our room was made up every day leaving us with coffee pods and fresh water. This was far the best place I've ever been during my abroad visits, if I ever come back to Valencia this is the only place I'd stay at and I'll recommend this for everyone. Not to mention, everything is in walking distance. This place made our stay unforgettable. Huge bonus, that check-out time is at noon, but if you flight is in the evening, you can leave your bags in a locker in the hall until 23:00pm on the day of your departure. We were more than satisfied, thank you for this experience. :)

A positive experience - good significantly outweighs the minor negatives

Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed. Great bathroom. Location good. Easy check in. Free lockers for luggage before and after check in were a real bonus.

Rooms are off a central lobby area which although very clean has two issues: 1. The lobby is uncarpeted so if any guests meet/linger/talk in the lobby, every sound can be heard in the rooms. 2. There is a rather unpleasant smell in the lobby area.

Lovely room and position ,but the stress and inconvenience of a telephone number reception not good

The location was excellent. Very central and a lovely area

Despite the site saying there is 24 hour reception, there is no physical presence just a phone number to call. I received an email before our arrival requesting us to check in on line - the first indication that there was no actual reception at the hotel. The information on the site is very misleading. We were able to access our room early which was appreciated but the stress of not knowing whether the whole process would work was something we could have done without. Pity help you if your access to emails or ability to make phone calls was unavailable. A 24 hour phone number is very different to having a 24/7, manned reception desk.

Perfect hotel for the introvert!

Excellent location, 5 minutes walk from the Colon metro station. Lots of shops, restaurants and cafes around the station. Nice room with view out to street with historic buildings. No staff on the site, communication is by email, codes sent to get you into the building and room. Perfect hotel for the introvert! You never speak to anyone. There are lockers to store your luggage for early arrivals or late departures.

Disappointing

Location is very good.

There were cockroaches, in the lobby hall and more importantly IN THE BEDROOM. And since there is no reception, there is no one you can tell or ask for at least some insect pesticide...

Remote reception was not a good experience for us, although staff were very helpful

Very comfortable room in a good location. The cleaners were very helpful and so was the person who deal with our issues over the phone. Lockers to leave your luggage also helpful.

There were no members of staff at the location when we arrived. We had received a code to open the main door but it did not work before 4pm. With help from the girl in the café next door (not part of the hotel), we finally worked out that we needed to call the remote reception and they were able to open it remotely. We could then used the lockers provided to leave our luggage. When we came back after 4pm the code to our room didn't work. Luckily the cleaners were still there and very kindly let us in and called the remote reception for us. There was an IT issue that was sorted a few hours later and we were finally able to enter our room using the code provided. Although communication over the phone was good, it was unsettling and made our 1 day stay in Valencia less enjoyable. Too many emails repeating the same information (16 in total)

My Valencia stay.

The location is very central, clean and comfortable. Lovely quiet area close to everything in Old Town. Restaurants practically at your doorstep. Groceries and shopping within a 3 minute walk. Very close to the central park. I would definitely stay again upon my return.

Review of Valencia Spain. Blanq Comedias guest House Thurs 28.12.22- Friday 29.12.22: Not far from main train station, University and coffee and shopping area. Room 107 with balcony view of inner street. Comfortable room and bathroom. Modern design with safe, fridge and coffee machine. No breakfast option. Diana tried to be helpful regarding noise disturbance from upstairs and other rooms. To compensate us with breakfast but no time. Coffee and food spots in Valencia Spain 🇪🇸: Doner kebab Turkish style opposite train station Norde. Gelateria Cafe for delicious crepe with Nutella and a cappuccino.

Noise, hotel guests not considerate . Not cleaned properly.

disappointed

i have asked for an iron in the room upfront, however it was not there. i asked for it again and then i was told to come take it to the other hotel so i had to travel 20 mn to iron my shirt in the basement of their other hotel ! never seen before.
